【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) ( 論文 ) 公文管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 論文作者姓名： 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位專業(yè)： 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位類別： 指導(dǎo)教師姓名（職稱）： 論文提交日期： 公文管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 摘 要 隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化的高度發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的以字符為主題的信息傳播形式已不再滿足需要?；?Web 的辦公系統(tǒng)顯得越來(lái)越 必要。 本系統(tǒng)正是為了滿足這樣的需求而設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的。程序在 Visual Studio 2020 平臺(tái)下使用 編程語(yǔ)言，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)使用 SQL SERVER 2020。 本公文系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了公文處理 的自動(dòng)化流轉(zhuǎn)，包括公文起草、 已發(fā)公文、待辦公文、已辦公文、公文委托、流程監(jiān)控以及類別定制。系統(tǒng)完成了創(chuàng)建公文流的路徑；起草的 公文能按照已創(chuàng)建的公文流路徑流轉(zhuǎn)；能對(duì)其起草的公文進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)及實(shí)時(shí)的監(jiān)控；能夠查看自己審批過(guò)的公文；能委托其他人代自己審批公文；能夠添加、維護(hù)人員信息。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 公文管理系統(tǒng)； B/S模式； ； SQL SERVER The Design and Implementation of the Document Management System Abstract Along with the drastic development of work information, the traditional way of information dissemination has no longer satisfied people’s requirements. To meet the above needs, this system is developed. This procedure was developed under Visual Studio 2020 with language. The SQL SERVER 2020 is used as database management system. This document system has implemented the automatic document transmission and dealing with. It includes the draft of documents, the documents which has been sent, the documents which has to be done, the documents which has been done, the documents which was entrusted, the flow monitoring and the drafting of identification. This system has acplished the path of documents. The draft of documents can be transported by following the flows which have been system can summarize and control the documents drafted in time. User can examine the documents which have been examined by themselves and can entrust others with the privileges of examining and approving also can increase and maintain people’s information.
