【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）論文（設(shè)計(jì)）題目典型零件 2 數(shù)控加工工藝設(shè)計(jì)學(xué) 院機(jī)械與汽車工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 2022 年 5 月 13 日2典型工件 2數(shù)控加工工藝設(shè)計(jì)摘要：數(shù)控技術(shù)及數(shù)控銑床在當(dāng)今機(jī)械制造業(yè)中的重要地位和巨大效益，顯示了其在國家基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化中的戰(zhàn)略性作用，并已成為傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械制造工業(yè)提升改造和實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化、柔性化、集成化生產(chǎn)的重要手段和標(biāo)志。數(shù)控技術(shù)及數(shù)控銑床的廣泛應(yīng)用，給機(jī)械制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品種類和檔次以及生產(chǎn)方式帶來了革命性的變化。數(shù)控銑床是現(xiàn)代加工車間最重要的裝備。它的發(fā)展是信息技術(shù)(1T)與制造技術(shù)(MT)結(jié)合發(fā)展的結(jié)果?，F(xiàn)代的制造技術(shù)，都是建立在數(shù)控技術(shù)之上的。掌握現(xiàn)代數(shù)控技術(shù)知識是現(xiàn)代制造專業(yè)學(xué)生必不可少的。數(shù)控裝置也逐漸由NC向CNC發(fā)展。其高速、高效、高精度、高可靠性的特性以及其模塊化、智能化、柔性化和集成化的快捷方便使其在生產(chǎn)制造中成為越來越重要的角色。本文內(nèi)容介紹了數(shù)控加工的特點(diǎn)、加工工藝分析以及數(shù)控編程的一般步驟。并通過對于典型零件2的詳細(xì)數(shù)控編程來說明。本論文通過對數(shù)控加工工藝的過程的分析，建立了基于數(shù)控加工仿真軟件UG 的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的數(shù)控加工路線的規(guī)劃。在數(shù)控加工中，正確的合理的選擇切削參數(shù)可以保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、提高生產(chǎn)率、降低生產(chǎn)成本。從而使得更加方便保證典型零件的質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵詞:數(shù)控銑床。加工工藝。數(shù)控編程。典型零件3Typical Parts Two CNC Machining Process DesignAbstract：The important status of CNC technology and CNC milling machine in the mechanical manufacturing industry and great benefits, and shows its strategic role in national infrastructure in the industrial modernization, and has bee a traditional mechanical manufacturing industry to enhance the transformation and implementation of the important means and sign of automation, flexible, integrated production. NC technology and the widespread application of CNC milling machine, has brought revolutionary changes to the manufacturing industry structure, product variety and quality and production methods. CNC milling machine processing workshop is the most important modern equipment. It is the development of information technology (IT) and manufacturing technology (MT) with the result of the development. Modern manufacturing technology, are built on the technology in the nc. Master modern CNC technology knowledge is essential to professional students of modern manufacturing. The numerical control device is gradually from NC to CNC. The characteristics of high speed, high efficiency, high precision, high reliability and its modular,intelligent, flexible integration and convenience make it bee more and more important role in production and manufacturing. This paper introduced the characteristics of NC machining, the machining process analysis and NC programming of the general the typical parts in detail to illustrate the NC programming 2.In this paper through the analysis of the process of nc machining process, based on the nc machining simulation software UG conducted on the basis of the numerical control processing route planning. In NC machining, the correct reasonable choice of cutting parameters can ensure product quality, increase productivity, reduce production costs.
