摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)主要是手機(jī)外殼及其塑料成型模具設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)對(duì)塑件材料的了解,并進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)及其工藝性分析,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的工藝性 ,從具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā) ,對(duì)模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、注射機(jī)的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核都有詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。介紹了手機(jī)外殼及其塑料成型模具的結(jié)構(gòu)組成及工作原理。該模具采用 斜頂桿內(nèi)側(cè)抽芯和直頂桿同時(shí)頂出機(jī)構(gòu) ,潛伏式澆口,結(jié)構(gòu)合理 ,運(yùn)行可靠。 并通過(guò) proe 模擬分析軟件對(duì)變形、填充、澆口、排氣、冷卻、壓力和注射成型時(shí)間等參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析和優(yōu)化,預(yù)測(cè)產(chǎn)品在成型過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn) 的問(wèn)題。 通過(guò)模具設(shè)計(jì)表明該模具能達(dá)到手機(jī)外殼的質(zhì)量和加工工藝要求。 關(guān)鍵詞: 手機(jī)外殼成型模具 注射模具 潛伏式澆口 1 The Design Of Mobile Phone Shell And Plastic Molding Mold Abstract This design mainly is the design of mobile phone shell and plastic molding the understanding of plastic material,And carries on the structure and manufacturability analysis,Combined with the technology of product structure, starting from the specific die structure, the mold of gating system, cooling system, mold molding part of the structure, ejection system, side corepulling mechanism, selection of injection machine and related parameters of checking all have detailed the design of mobile phone shell and plastic molding mold structure and working mold using inclined plunger inside corepulling and straight push rod ejection mechanism at the same time, the latent type gate, reasonable structure, reliable operation. And through the pore simulation analysis software of deformation, filling, pouring gate, exhaust, cooling time, pressure and injection molding parameters such as analysis and optimization, forecasting products possible problems in the forming process. Through the mold design shows that the mold can achieve the quality of the mobile phone shell and processing requirements.
