【正文】 建筑垃圾破碎機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)概述作者：日期：噬石建筑垃圾破碎機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中，舊建筑拆除過程中，必然會產(chǎn)生大量鋼筋混凝土。鋼筋混凝土內(nèi)的鋼筋可以回收利用，混凝土破碎后，也同樣可以回收利用，鋼筋混凝土的破碎工藝和機(jī)械設(shè)備成為一個國家社會發(fā)展水平和綜合實(shí)力的重要衡量指標(biāo)。我國經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于高速發(fā)展期，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)成為國內(nèi)投資最主要的方式。因此，水泥作為最主要的原材料之一，必然也處于擴(kuò)張階段水泥生產(chǎn)過程中，大部分原料要進(jìn)行粉碎，如石灰石、黏土、鐵礦石、煤等。石灰石是生產(chǎn)水泥用量最大的原料，開采后的粒度較大，硬度較高，因此建筑垃圾破碎在水泥廠的物料破碎中占有比較重要的地位。破碎過程要比粉磨過程經(jīng)濟(jì)方便，合理選擇破碎設(shè)備非常重要，物料入磨前，盡可能將大物料破碎至均勻、細(xì)小的粒度，以減輕粉磨設(shè)備的負(fù)荷，提高磨機(jī)產(chǎn)量，同時(shí)也有利于物料的均勻化，提高配料的準(zhǔn)確性。破碎機(jī)種類包括：顎式破碎機(jī)，反擊式破碎機(jī)，沖擊式破碎機(jī)、圓錐破碎機(jī)、錘式破碎機(jī)、旋回式破碎機(jī)、復(fù)合式破碎機(jī)等。反擊式破碎機(jī)由轉(zhuǎn)子，上蓋，底座，后架四大部分組成，上蓋既是破碎機(jī)的外殼，又是與內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)相輔相成的組成部分，上蓋內(nèi)部的襯板對于石料破碎的粒度和破碎機(jī)的工作效率起到至關(guān)重要的作用。上蓋的設(shè)計(jì)既要要求外形的美觀又要具有實(shí)用性，一臺機(jī)器外觀設(shè)計(jì)過于花俏會造成加工工藝復(fù)雜、制造成本上升，過于臃腫，會造成運(yùn)輸困難的同時(shí)也增加了制造的成本。我在設(shè)計(jì)過程中著眼于功能性，節(jié)約材料，機(jī)身輕便，外形大方幾個方面，特別是制作材料的選取，選擇的材料要兼具經(jīng)濟(jì)性和耐用性。關(guān)鍵詞：破碎機(jī)；噬石建筑垃圾；工作效率；外觀 AbstractInnationaleconomicconstruction,cementistheindispensablebasisofrawmaterials.Asanimportantbasicindustry,cementindustrydevelopmenthasbeeanationalandsocialdevelopmentlevelandprehensivestrengthisimportantmeasureindex.Theeconomyofourcountryisintheperiodofrapiddevelopment,infrastructureconstructionhasbeethemainmodeofdomesticinvestment.Therefore,thecementasthemainrawmaterialalsointheexpansiontheprocessofcementproduction,mostoftherawmaterialtobecrushed,suchaslimestone,clay,ironore,coalandother.Limestoneistheproductionofcementdosageisthebiggestrawmaterial,afterminingoflargesize,highhardness,thereforelimestonecrusherincementplantmaterialcrushingoccupiesafairlyimportantposition. Crushingprocessthangrindingprocessiseconomicalandconvenient,reasonableselectionofcrushingequipmentisveryimportant,thematerialintothegrinding,asfaraspossiblethelargecrushingtouniform,finegranularity,soastoreducethegrindingequipmentload,improvemilloutput,butalsoconducivetothematerialuniformity,highaccuracyofbatching.Categoriesinclude:crusherjawcrusher,impactcrusher,impactcrusher,conecrusher,hammercrusher,gyratorycrusher,poundcrusheretc.. Strikebacktypecrushingmachineisposedofarotor,cover,abase,arearrackfourparts,theuppercoverisbrokenmachineshell,andisassociatedwiththeinternalstructureofplementponent,theinsideoftheuppercoveroftheliningboardforstonecrushinggranularityandthecrusherworkefficiencyplaysanimportantrolein.
