【正文】 摘 要目前PLC 己成為工業(yè)控制的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備,是自動控制系統(tǒng)的三大技術(shù)支柱之一, 在自動控制系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用中,可編程序控制器占據(jù)著舉足輕重的地位。在熟練掌握S7300梯形圖編程及特點和WinCC上位機(jī)編程的前提下，對該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全面設(shè)計，反復(fù)試驗。在WinCC畫面窗口中顯示出與PLC運(yùn)行相一致的過程和結(jié)果，使抽象的程序一目了然地展現(xiàn)與眼前。本論文大致可分為四個部分：第一部分主要對水沖渣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的相關(guān)知識做了介紹；第二部分介紹了PLC的基本組成和工作原理及PLC在自動化系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用；第三部分主要是對水沖渣系統(tǒng)圖紙介紹及實驗調(diào)研；最后一部分是水沖渣系統(tǒng)的軟件敘述。本論文所設(shè)計軟件可用于PLC和WinCC的模擬運(yùn)行與學(xué)習(xí)，經(jīng)進(jìn)一步完善和擴(kuò)充功能也可作為基于計算機(jī)平臺控制技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞：PLC；WinCC；畫面窗口46 / 49AbstractAt present PLC has bee the standard of industrial control equipment, automatic control system is one of the pillars of the three technology, the application in automatic control system, PLC holds an important position.This design is the content of the Siemens S7300 series in programming software and programming environment water cinder flushing system programming design and PC control screen design.
