【正文】 論文題目 ： 鋰離子電池制漿工藝 年 級 ： 應(yīng)用化工專業(yè)院 系 ：生物與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院學(xué)生姓名 ： 指導(dǎo)教師 ： 20 年 月 摘 要新型清潔能源的探索與發(fā)展不僅僅是對科學(xué)技術(shù)界的大挑戰(zhàn)，也是對電化學(xué)的大挑戰(zhàn)。為了替代石油，煤炭等傳統(tǒng)能源，人類開始利用無污染的可持續(xù)自然能源如風(fēng)能、太陽能等。但是，由于太陽能和風(fēng)能都是間隙能源，有太陽有風(fēng)才有電。用電池儲能，構(gòu)建分散能源才是最好的解決方案?，F(xiàn)有的可充電持有鉛酸電池、鎘鎳電池、金屬氫化物鎳電池和鋰電池四種。其中鋰電池具有環(huán)境適應(yīng)性好、高比能、高安全性和小型輕量化的自身優(yōu)勢，這是其他電池所沒有的。隨著鋰離子電池的發(fā)展，對電池性能的要求也越來越高了，決定電池性能最關(guān)鍵的就是電池的涂覆問題了，說到電池的涂覆我們自然而然的想到了電池的制漿問題，可以說一個電池的好壞有90%的決定因素在粉漿。粉漿的配方，分散的均勻度以及過程控制是最最關(guān)鍵的因素。而目前制漿工藝主要分為干混法制漿跟濕混法制漿，目前應(yīng)用比較成熟的是濕法制漿，在本論文里將著重討論濕法制漿的工藝問題。包括原材料的選擇，操作過程，工藝文件的解讀。質(zhì)量監(jiān)控以及漿料做完后檢驗分析。關(guān)鍵詞：新能源；儲能；鋰離子電池；制漿 AbstractIn the 21st century, with the rapid development of human society, the original mineral energy will soon dry, it is human consensus.
