【正文】 論文題目 ： 鋰離子電池制漿工藝 年 級(jí) ： 應(yīng)用化工專業(yè)院 系 ：生物與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院學(xué)生姓名 ： 指導(dǎo)教師 ： 20 年 月 摘 要新型清潔能源的探索與發(fā)展不僅僅是對(duì)科學(xué)技術(shù)界的大挑戰(zhàn)，也是對(duì)電化學(xué)的大挑戰(zhàn)。為了替代石油，煤炭等傳統(tǒng)能源，人類開(kāi)始利用無(wú)污染的可持續(xù)自然能源如風(fēng)能、太陽(yáng)能等。但是，由于太陽(yáng)能和風(fēng)能都是間隙能源，有太陽(yáng)有風(fēng)才有電。用電池儲(chǔ)能，構(gòu)建分散能源才是最好的解決方案?，F(xiàn)有的可充電持有鉛酸電池、鎘鎳電池、金屬氫化物鎳電池和鋰電池四種。其中鋰電池具有環(huán)境適應(yīng)性好、高比能、高安全性和小型輕量化的自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，這是其他電池所沒(méi)有的。隨著鋰離子電池的發(fā)展，對(duì)電池性能的要求也越來(lái)越高了，決定電池性能最關(guān)鍵的就是電池的涂覆問(wèn)題了，說(shuō)到電池的涂覆我們自然而然的想到了電池的制漿問(wèn)題，可以說(shuō)一個(gè)電池的好壞有90%的決定因素在粉漿。粉漿的配方，分散的均勻度以及過(guò)程控制是最最關(guān)鍵的因素。而目前制漿工藝主要分為干混法制漿跟濕混法制漿，目前應(yīng)用比較成熟的是濕法制漿，在本論文里將著重討論濕法制漿的工藝問(wèn)題。包括原材料的選擇，操作過(guò)程，工藝文件的解讀。質(zhì)量監(jiān)控以及漿料做完后檢驗(yàn)分析。關(guān)鍵詞：新能源；儲(chǔ)能；鋰離子電池；制漿 AbstractIn the 21st century, with the rapid development of human society, the original mineral energy will soon dry, it is human consensus.
