It is mainly utilized in the process of manufacturing, certainly which is only one step. And it is usually used with other equipments, such as baling press of cement, Conveying screw pump ,etc. The function of Bale breaker of cement is to realize that the cement is apart from the bag which is used to hold the cement, and provide the raw material for the pudder mixer. The contents of the booklet of direction is mainly as follows:The design for the transmission system The design for the transmission system mainly include that the belts transmission ,the superspeed gears transmission and the equalspeed gears transmission. The belts transmission is mainly used to deliver the motive power, and the end of the bigger wheel links with Electric motor ,then the end of the bigger wheel links with the belt shaft。 The superspeed gears transmission is mainly use to transmission the power and speed that the function need, which the smaller gear links with the belt shaft and the bigger gear links with the roller stalk。 The equalspeed gears transmission is mainly used to realize a pair of roller stalks work at the same time, and one of the gears that is used in the superspeed gears transmission also changes the direction.The design for Bale breaker of cement mechanism The core of the Bale breaker of cement are a pair of roller stalk, and the auxiliary mechanisms are the lead organ and the recede bag organ. The roller stalks are designed by bining the Bladecrevasse type and the wheelpress type. The recede bag organ of which is placed at the right and the lead organ are made by rods of reinforcing bars which is located under the roller stalks. They can make the cement and the bags separated pletely and can keep the bags integral.The design for Transmission mechanism Transmission mechanism is a kind of more important auxiliary mechanism. Its main function is to convey the cement bags to some height, then let them fall by its weight forming a type of punch power between cement bags and roller stalks which Can prompt the bags to be divided well. Transmission mechanism is posed of the motive debice(electric motor and conveying roller) ,the conveying belt and the sustaining base.Key Words Bale breaker of cement Bale breaker mechanism Roller stalk The lead organ The recede bag organ Transmission mechanismIV本科機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文CAD圖紙 401339828 1緒 論1.1 前言 在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展的今天,建筑行業(yè)又了空前的發(fā)展。各種大大小小的建筑工程多都要用到水泥。而通常水泥有兩種來源,一種是直接從水泥廠直接拖運(yùn)的散裝水泥,另一種是袋裝水泥。前一種情況方便用于當(dāng)?shù)赜兴鄰S的大中小型工程,其它情況都得用袋裝水泥。在全國范圍內(nèi)有水泥廠得城市并不多,所以許多地方還得用袋裝的水泥。 在小型工程中,水泥用量比較少,可以使用人工拆抱,在那些大中型工程中,人工拆抱幾乎難以滿足。第一是速度跟不上,第二是需要很多勞動力,這樣袋裝水泥拆抱就成為了建筑行業(yè)的一大難題,而且現(xiàn)在市場上僅缺這類型的產(chǎn)品。 以上看來,水泥拆抱機(jī)在國內(nèi)市場有很多的需求,而隨著中小城市大型建筑工程的興起,水泥拆抱機(jī)的需要量還會進(jìn)一步的擴(kuò)大。 在國際上,有許多小型國家沒有大型的水泥廠,有時大型的建筑工程需要進(jìn)口袋裝水泥,這樣袋裝水泥在那樣的國家也有廣闊的市場,所以水泥拆拆抱機(jī)在國際市場也有相當(dāng)?shù)男枨蟆K嗖鸨C(jī)減小了工人的勞動強(qiáng)度,減少了工程建設(shè)費(fèi)用,并且是工程建設(shè)自動化實(shí)現(xiàn)的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。V本科機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文CAD圖紙 401339828 1.2 水泥拆包機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案比較與選用 于是本設(shè)計(jì)只能從三方面技術(shù)參數(shù)入手,尋找一條最佳的結(jié)合點(diǎn)。 拆抱機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)從總體上分,大概可以分兩類,即刀片劃縫型和滾輪擠壓型。刀片劃縫型具有拆抱速度快,拆抱完整性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),但其分離效果不好,而且機(jī)器比較復(fù)雜,體積也偏大。而滾輪擠壓型具有拆抱速度快,分離效果好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),但易破壞袋子的完整性。綜合以上論述,擬定如下幾套方案: 方案一,采用單刀劃縫型,其工作過程如下: 先通過帶式輸送機(jī)把水泥袋運(yùn)送到一定的高度,然后通過自身重力從一個斜坡上滑下,在斜面上有一把突起的尖刀,把水泥袋下面劃一條縫,水泥袋繼續(xù)下滑,進(jìn)入V型槽上,水泥經(jīng)過刀鋒從槽下漏掉,水泥袋繼續(xù)滑過V型槽,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)水泥和袋的分離。此方案優(yōu)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,功率小。其缺點(diǎn)是體積大,拆包效果不好。這個方案中,機(jī)器的主體不使用動力,水泥袋完全靠自身的重力來完成拆包過程,這就決定水泥袋必須有一定的重力勢能才能完成拆包過程。此方案中有三處不太可靠的地方:一是,水泥袋滑過斜坡時有可能被到卡死,或者沒被處劃破。二是,經(jīng)過V型槽時,水泥有可能倒不干凈。三是,水泥袋有可能劃不過V型槽而停留在中途這樣會影響下一袋的拆包。基于上述幾點(diǎn)不足之處,現(xiàn)將方案該為方案二。 方案二: 針對方案一中斜坡上破袋效果不好,現(xiàn)把斜坡面改為垂直的,靜止的刀改為
