【正文】 《微山縣歡城鎮(zhèn)采煤塌陷地復(fù)墾項(xiàng)目》規(guī)劃報(bào)告 0微山縣歡城鎮(zhèn)采煤塌陷地復(fù)墾項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告（二）County Huan urban reclamation project Mining SubsidenceWeishan planning and design report 設(shè)計(jì)：*** 學(xué)號(hào)：***** 學(xué)院：************指導(dǎo)老師：***2022 年 3 月《微山縣歡城鎮(zhèn)采煤塌陷地復(fù)墾項(xiàng)目》規(guī)劃報(bào)告 1摘 要微山縣位于濟(jì)寧市城區(qū)南部,由于煤 炭 資 源 的 大 規(guī) 模 開 采 ， 地 面 塌 陷 范 圍 不 斷擴(kuò) 大 ，土地塌陷不僅毀壞了農(nóng)田，破壞了交通、通訊設(shè)施，并且改變了河流排水溝渠的流勢(shì)梯度，降低了防洪能力，破壞了含水層結(jié)構(gòu)，直接影響周邊地區(qū)對(duì)地下水資源的開發(fā)利用，給當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣袢罕姷纳a(chǎn)生活造成了一定危害。截 止 到 2022 年 底 塌 陷面 積 已 達(dá) 公 頃 ， 塌 陷 深 度 — 米 不 等 ， 絕 產(chǎn) 面 積 達(dá) 公 頃 。 為了徹底改變這一區(qū)域的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)面貌，促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和土地的可持續(xù)利用，確保農(nóng)業(yè)增產(chǎn)、農(nóng)民增收和農(nóng)村穩(wěn)定，微山縣 委、縣政府、國(guó)土局和微山縣歡城鎮(zhèn)政府決定用三年的時(shí)間，投入必要的人、財(cái)、物力，對(duì)這片塌陷地進(jìn)行復(fù)墾。對(duì)項(xiàng)目區(qū)進(jìn)行復(fù)墾時(shí)，除了部分交通用地、排水設(shè)施和水域外均為耕地，面積 公頃，由田間道路和排水溝劃分而成方田。項(xiàng)目區(qū)因采煤塌陷，整體地勢(shì)較低，為達(dá)到耕作標(biāo)高要求，需要對(duì)有耕作要求的田塊墊土抬高其標(biāo)高， 項(xiàng)目區(qū)開挖水養(yǎng)地取土，墊至周圍相對(duì)標(biāo)高較低田塊，本著挖深填淺、總體土方量平衡的原則進(jìn)行此項(xiàng)工程。田塊內(nèi)部根據(jù)排水溝的走勢(shì)及方田內(nèi)部土方平衡的原則，確定各方田的設(shè)計(jì)高程，田塊內(nèi)按排水方向以 1/500 的坡降進(jìn)行平整。項(xiàng)目區(qū)修建村莊通往項(xiàng)目區(qū)的田間道和連接田塊與田間道的生產(chǎn)路。項(xiàng)目區(qū)的水源主要來自打井取水，采用低壓管灌的方式節(jié)水灌溉；結(jié)合道路布置斗排水溝和農(nóng)排水溝。沿田間道、生產(chǎn)路布置護(hù)路林帶。項(xiàng)目總投資 萬元，全部申請(qǐng)國(guó)家投資。項(xiàng)目完成后，新增耕地 公頃，新增耕地率 ％將采煤塌陷地復(fù)墾成農(nóng)田、魚塘成方，綠化成行，排灌暢通、路渠配套，增強(qiáng)防洪、排澇、蓄水和灌溉能力，使昔日的采煤塌陷地，成為農(nóng)耕、養(yǎng)殖為一體的生態(tài)高效農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)。關(guān)鍵詞：塌陷 復(fù)墾 總投資 生 態(tài) 高 效 農(nóng) 業(yè) 園 區(qū)《微山縣歡城鎮(zhèn)采煤塌陷地復(fù)墾項(xiàng)目》規(guī)劃報(bào)告 2AbstractWeishan is located in Jining City, ground subsidence expanding the scope of the south, due to the largescale exploitation of coal resources, land subsidence has not only destroyed farmland, destruction of transportation, munication facilities, and changed the potential gradient of the flow of rivers, drainage ditches, reducing the The flood control capacity, undermining the structure of the aquifer, a direct impact on the surrounding areas on the development and utilization of groundwater resources, and caused some harm to the local people39。s production and life.
