天津愛普生有限公司油墨廢水處理工藝設(shè)計(jì) DESIGN OF INK WASTEWATER TREATMENT PROCESS FOR TIANJIN EPSON CO., ITD. 專 業(yè):環(huán)境工程 姓 名: 指導(dǎo)教師姓名: 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:學(xué)士 論文提交日期: 2020 年 6 月 10 日 學(xué)位授予單位:天津科技大學(xué) I 摘要 油墨廢水是一種污染大、難處理的廢水 , 其主要污染物為油性墨、水性墨、淀粉顆粒及微量不溶性雜質(zhì)。 油墨廢水 的 特點(diǎn)為 油污含量高 , COD 含量高 , 色度高,難 生物降解。 這種廢水如果不加治理,會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境和人類造成極大危害。 本設(shè)計(jì)采用水解酸化法和生物接觸氧化 法 綜合處理油墨廢水。 利用生物 接觸氧化技術(shù) , 池 內(nèi)生物固體量多 ,充氧條件好,故 可以很大程度 地 去除水中的COD。 由于油墨廢水中含有大量難降解有機(jī) 物 ,所以用水解酸化法能很好的提高廢水的可生化性, 解決了傳統(tǒng)生物法不能處理難降解有機(jī)物的問題,大大提高了處理效率。 本設(shè)計(jì)選用的處理工藝為: 首先通過 格柵進(jìn)行大顆粒物攔截 ,然 后通過 集水池調(diào)節(jié) 廢水 流量和 pH 值 ,再通過提升泵進(jìn)入 水解 酸化池 進(jìn)行初步處理 ,進(jìn)入 生物接觸氧化 池 去除大量 COD, 最后經(jīng)消毒池, 出水 達(dá)到國(guó)家油墨廢水一級(jí)排 放標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ( GB254632020) 。 污 泥進(jìn)入污泥濃縮池,經(jīng)壓濾機(jī)濃縮處理后 干泥 外運(yùn)。本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)采用的各主要構(gòu)筑物、污泥處理 系統(tǒng) 等進(jìn)行了 選型 設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算, 并 繪制了工藝流程圖等相關(guān)圖紙。 關(guān)鍵詞: 油墨廢水 ; 廢 水 處理;水解酸化;生物接觸氧化 技術(shù) II ABSTRACT Ink wastewater, a type of wastewater with high contamination and difficulty to treat, characterized by high oil content, high COD, deep color and refractory to biodegradation, contains oily ink, aqueous ink, starch granule and marginala in soluble impurities. Humans and whole environment would be greatly jeopardized if the ink wastewater is not treated. Ink wastewater will be prehensively treated through hydrolytic acidification and biocontact oxidation process in this design. It uses biocontact oxidation technique, with high bio matter and great oxygen filling conditions, to deeply remove COD in wastewater. Because of amounts of nonbiodegradable anics in ink wastewater, biocontact oxidation can make nonbiodegradable ones became biodegradable ones and solve the problem that traditional bio filter process is hard to remove nonbiodegradable anics, greatly improving the efficiency of treatment. The treatment technology of this design reads as follows. First at all, before the flow of wastewater and pH are adjusted through collecting tank, the grille will block large particles. In the second place, the wastewater will be preliminarily treated in hydrolytic acidification pond from the house of lift pump, and then it is deeply treated in biocontact oxidation pond. Finally, the wastewater enters into sedimentation tank to subside and reach the firstlevel of the ink wastewater pollutant discharge standards (GB254632020). The sludge enters into the sludge concentration pool and it is shipped out after the concentration processing through the pressure filter. The main structure, the sludge treatment, etc. are devised and calculated in this design and the relevant drawings such as the flow diagram for process are drafted also.
