General1．1 概述 Introduction本技術(shù)規(guī)格書是招標(biāo)書的附件，用于中國石油化工集團(tuán)公司南京化學(xué)工業(yè)有限公司大化肥裝置原料改造項目（下簡稱項目）進(jìn)口閥門的的設(shè)計、供貨、試驗和技術(shù)服務(wù)。This specification is the appendix of the RFQ package. It covers the design, supply, testing and service for the offshore valves for the NCIC FEEDSTOCK REVAMP PROJECT (hereafter called the “Project”) of China Petroleum and Chemical Corp. (SINOPEC).本技術(shù)規(guī)格書所列是對進(jìn)口閥門的基本要求，并未對所有技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)作出規(guī)范，也未完全陳述與之有關(guān)的規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，且并不因此而減輕賣方在正確進(jìn)行設(shè)計、保證系統(tǒng)可靠性和安全操作方面的責(zé)任。This specification covers the basic requirements of the offshore valves. It does not specify all the technical details and does not state all the codes and standards related therein.
