從D葡萄糖合成溴αD四乙酰葡萄糖的研究從D葡萄糖合成溴αD四乙酰葡萄糖的研究摘要:本文介紹了以D葡萄糖、溴等為原料合成糖的溴代衍生物,研究了溴代糖合成反應(yīng)的條件。以D葡萄糖為原料,在高氯酸存在下與乙酐反應(yīng),將葡萄糖乙?;H缓笠约t磷為催化劑,與液溴反應(yīng),將乙?;钠咸烟沁M(jìn)行溴化,進(jìn)而生成所要合成的溴αD四乙酰葡萄糖。結(jié)果表明:低溫加料,溴代乙酰葡萄糖反應(yīng)溫度控制在30~40℃,并通過熔點(diǎn)測定、H NMR等手段確認(rèn)了溴αD四乙酰葡萄糖的結(jié)構(gòu),并鑒定產(chǎn)物純度較高。%。關(guān)鍵詞:D葡萄糖、溴、溴αD四乙酰葡萄糖Research about the synthesis of Tetra O acety α Dglucopyranosyl bromide from DglucoseAbstract: this paper introduced the synthesis of the glucopyranosyl bromide from Dglucose and bromine, including the condition of the reaction. With the presence of Perchloric Acid, Dglucose reacted with acetic anhydride to produced acetylated glycopyranose. Then the product reacted with bromine at the catalysis of red phosphorus and the final product was obtained.
