What system does the plant use for Problem Solving, visual displays, priority assignment, closure control and are they consistent across all departments? Does the Plant use a standardized system that allows them to tackle problems large and small with good results? What is the problem solving methodology used and is it understood? Find examples of problems being worked on. Is Standardized work utilized in the Problem Solving Process? Does the Plant fully plete problems through to root cause?
