【正文】 摘 要 自動售貨機最早出現(xiàn)在二十世紀五、六十年代的西歐，當時在美國的地鐵系統(tǒng)中，人們可以用 1 美分在自動售貨機上買到一塊口香糖。目前自動售貨機在一些國家已達到普及的程度。自動售貨機有自動售飲料機、自動售香煙機和自動服務機等等。 本文 對自動售貨機進行了研究，報告了自動售貨機的發(fā)展、現(xiàn)狀、應用領域以及未來的發(fā)展趨勢。利用 PLC 控制自動售貨機，選擇合適的方案， 并進行合理的硬件選型、設計及 I/O 配置， 將程序輸入 PC 機進行調試，最終確定設計方案。 文中詳盡地介紹了自動售貨機的各硬件組成，并完成了 PLC 外部接線圖。在 PLC 梯形圖的編寫時，文中采用的是三菱 PLC 梯形圖專用編譯軟件來進行編寫。 介紹了自動售貨機的基本原理以及工作流程 ， 具體說明了可編程序控制器在自動售貨機中的作用。程序涉及到了自動售貨機工作的絕大部分過程。利用 PLC控制的自動售貨機提高了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性，保證自動售貨機能夠長期穩(wěn)定運行 。 關鍵詞：自動售貨機 ， PLC， FX2N 基于 PLC 的自動售貨機控制 1 Abstract Vending machine appears the earliest in the 1950s and 1960s, when the Western Europe in the subway system in the United States, people can use 1 cents in vending machine to buy a piece of chewing gum. At present the vending machine in some countries has reached popularity of degree. Vending machines, automatic machines, automatic sale sell cigarette machine and automatic service machine, etc. This paper studied the vending machine, report the development of the situation, application field and the future trend of development of the vending machine ,Using PLC control vending machine, choose the right plan and make reasonable hardware selection, design and the I/O configuration, debugging input PC, determines the design scheme. This paper introduced in detail the vending machines, hardware position, and pleted PLC external hookup. Write in PLC ladder diagram, the paper USES is when mitsubishi PLC ladderdiagram special piled software to write. Introduces the basic principle of vending machine and the working process, specifying the programmable controller in the vending machine in the role. Program involves a vending machine work most of the process. Use of PLC controlled vending machines, improve the stability of the system, ensure the vending machine can have a longterm and stable operation.
