【正文】 濟(jì)南市XX小區(qū)外網(wǎng)工程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 學(xué) 生： XXX所在系別： 城 建 系專 業(yè)： 建筑環(huán)境與設(shè)備工程指 導(dǎo) 教 師： XXX 教授答辯日期： 200 8 年 6 月 23 日 前 言本設(shè)計(jì)名為濟(jì)南市XX小區(qū)外網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)。該小區(qū)位于衛(wèi)星路南面，總用地面積為62857平方米，地上總建筑面積約14萬平方米，內(nèi)有住宅樓10棟（其中六棟低層住宅、四棟高層住宅），汽車展覽中心一座，小型商場一個(gè)，二十層高級辦公樓一座，外加一個(gè)底下車庫。本小區(qū)是一個(gè)住宿兼辦公的綜合小區(qū)，該小區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)有集中采暖系統(tǒng)，小區(qū)給水系統(tǒng)（有生活給水系統(tǒng)、消防給水系統(tǒng)），排水系統(tǒng)（包括污水排水、雨水排水）。結(jié)合實(shí)際情況，根據(jù)建筑物的性質(zhì)，用途，以及建筑高度和系統(tǒng)承壓能力，對于采暖與給水系統(tǒng)要進(jìn)行高低分區(qū)，分別進(jìn)行采暖與給水。本小區(qū)內(nèi)的配套系統(tǒng)大體如下：集中采暖系統(tǒng)：本小區(qū)采暖由小區(qū)換熱站統(tǒng)一提供熱源，一次網(wǎng)供熱由市政管網(wǎng)提供，并且二次網(wǎng)要布置高低兩套供暖管道。給水系統(tǒng)：分為生活給水和消防給水系統(tǒng)，其中其生活和消防的總用水量由衛(wèi)星路上的市政管網(wǎng)提供，小區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)室外消火栓且管網(wǎng)承環(huán)狀。排水系統(tǒng)有污水排水、雨水排水，本小區(qū)采用雨、污水分流制，并與衛(wèi)星路上的市政管網(wǎng)相連。各系統(tǒng)中的管道都沿路或沿墻敷設(shè)，力求簡短順直節(jié)約管材。本設(shè)計(jì)以經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保、節(jié)能為原則，通過借鑒以前的設(shè)計(jì)方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，采用了合理的技術(shù)措施，使設(shè)計(jì)的各個(gè)系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了很好的使用效果。關(guān)鍵詞：集中供熱；換熱站；消防；分流制。ForewordThe design called the Thai district of Jinan City days, network design.
