煙臺大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) 1 摘 要 本設(shè) 計(jì)是關(guān)于某城市污水處理廠的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的原始資料及設(shè)計(jì) 對出水水質(zhì)的要求 :即要求脫氮除磷 ,出水達(dá)到一級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 一級處理中 ,進(jìn)廠原水首先進(jìn)入中格柵 ,用以去除大塊污染物 ,以免其對后續(xù)處理單元或工藝管線造成損害。本設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)置中格柵 ,中格柵后有污水提升泵提升污水進(jìn)入細(xì)格柵。然后進(jìn)入平流式沉砂池 ,用以去除密度較大的無機(jī)砂粒 ,提高污泥有機(jī)組分的含率。 二級處理工藝的選擇,通過投資概算、經(jīng)濟(jì)比較及技術(shù)比較等最終確定 A2/O 工藝為最佳方案。 A2/O 工藝的生物處理部分由厭氧池、缺氧池和好氧池組成。厭 氧池主要功能是釋放磷 ,同時(shí)部分有機(jī)物進(jìn)行氨化。缺氧池的主要功能是脫氮。好氧池是多功能的 ,能夠去除 BOD、硝化和吸收磷。 剩余污泥則經(jīng)污泥提升泵提升至重力濃縮池。以降低污泥的含水率,減小污泥體積。 污泥濃縮后經(jīng)脫水機(jī)脫水處理。 在完成污水和污泥處理構(gòu)筑物的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算后 ,根據(jù)平面布置的原則 ,綜合考慮各方面因素進(jìn)行了污水廠的平面布置。根據(jù)污水流經(jīng)各構(gòu)筑物水頭損失及各構(gòu)筑物間的管道長度、水力坡降等,進(jìn)行水力損失計(jì)算,然后據(jù)水力損失計(jì)算對污水和污泥高程進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和布置。 為了使工作人員能在清新美麗的環(huán)境中工作,廠區(qū)內(nèi)各構(gòu) 筑物的周圍均布置了一定的綠化面積。 關(guān)鍵詞 : A2/O 脫氮除磷 污水處理 污泥濃縮 煙臺大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) 2 Abstract This is a design about the sewage treatment plant of one city. According to the primitive data of the graduation project and demanding for water quality : Namely require the denitrification and phosphorus removal to reach the first class discharge standard. In preliminary treatment , the original water enters coarse screening in order to remove heavy solides and floatable material , in case that it influences the working of the following treatment and the pipeline .And then wastewater is promoted into the medium screening by that it enters the laminar flow sand pool , it is used to remove bigger inanic sand of heavy density, by this way,the density of anic material in mud can be improved . Through the budgetary estimating of investment, paring of conomy and technology etc, finally we have the A2 / O process is the best scheme for the level 2 treatment technology .A2 / O process of biological processes is consisted of anaerobic pool, Anoxia pool and oxygen pool. anaerobic pool39。s main function is to release phosphorus, and part on amination anic matter at the same time. Anoxia pool39。s main function is denitrification. Aerobic pool is muti- function, can remove BOD, nitrification and absorbing phosphorus. The surplus mud is promoted by the pump into mud concentrated pool in order to reduce the moisture content of the mud and reduce the volume of mud . Sludge will be going to dewatering processing after dehydrator concentrated. After finishing calculation of design , according to principle of laying, consider the factors synthetically to confirm the place of the sewage factory. According to the head loss of various structures ,the piping length and water conservancy slope, we can calculate water conservancy losses, and then calculate and layout sewage and sludge elevation. In order to enable staff member to work in the fresh and beautiful environment, we have assigned a certain area of general factory for the afforestation .
