【正文】 Λァあ*大學本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) i 摘 要 本設(shè)計為武漢市第八污水處理廠工藝設(shè)計。 該設(shè)計的生活污水流量為: 150000 m3 /d,進水水質(zhì)為: BOD5 =250mg/l,COD=550mg/l, SS=260mg/l。處理后要求達到的水質(zhì)標準為: BOD5 =20mg/l,COD=80mg/l, SS=20mg/l。設(shè)計內(nèi)容主要包括兩大部分,即污水處理部分;污泥處理部分。設(shè)計的核心工藝為 AB 法,經(jīng)過處理的污水完全可以達到需要的處理程度。 通過比較選擇確定 AB 法為最佳工藝。選定工藝流程后,按照工藝流程的順序進行構(gòu)筑物的設(shè)計計算,在完成污水和 污泥處理構(gòu)筑物的設(shè)計計算后 ,根據(jù)平面布置的原則 ,綜合考慮各方面因素進行了污水廠的平面布置。據(jù)污水的流量對連接各構(gòu)筑物的管渠進行了選徑、確定流速以及水力坡降 ,然后進行了水力損失計算。據(jù)水力損失計算對污水和污泥高程進行了計算和布置。最后完成了對平面圖、高程圖及各種主要的構(gòu)筑物圖的繪制。 污泥處理中、沉淀池剩余污泥則經(jīng)重力自流至重力濃縮池。以降低污泥的含水率,減小污泥體積。泥經(jīng)濃縮后 ,含水率尚還大 ,體積仍很大。為了綜合利用和最終處置 ,需對污泥進行干化和脫水處理。 關(guān)鍵詞: AB 法、污水處理 Λァあ*大學本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) ii ABSTRACT This is a design about the sewage treatment plant of wuhan city.
