The flow of sanitary sewage that should be designed is: 150000 m3 / d, Inflow water quality: BOD5=250mg/l, COD=550mg/l, SS=260mg/l. The standard quality of water treated is: BOD5=20mg/l, COD=80mg/l, SS=20mg/l. Design content mainly includes two parts: the sewage disposal part, Sludge treatment. The centre technology of the design method is Adsorption Biodegradation. By paring the choice AB method for the optimum process is determined. After selected process flow, in accordance with the order of the process flow for structure design and calculation, in finishing the design and calculation of sewage and sludge treatment structures, based on the principle of plane layout, prehensive consider all aspects of factors in the sewage plant layout. According to the sewage flow tube drainage of connecting the structures of the diameter, velocity and hydraulic gradient, for sure, and then the hydraulic loss calculation. According to the hydraulic loss calculation of sewage and sludge elevation calculation and layout. Finally pleted the plan, elevation drawing and all kinds of the main structures of drawing. In the sludge treatment, residual sludge sedimentation tank by gravity artesian to gravity concentration pool. To reduce the moisture content of sludge, reduce sludge volume. Mud after enrichment, the moisture content is also big, the volume is still very big. For prehensive utilization and final disposal, drying and dehydration of sludge treatment.
