【正文】 i 分類號(hào) TP3， TM7 密級(jí) UDC 編號(hào) 碩士研究生學(xué)位論 文 基于 .NET 技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)的通用辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng) General System of Office Automation Realized According to the .NET Technique 學(xué)院（所、中心） 軟 件 學(xué) 院 專 業(yè) 名 稱 軟 件 工 程 （ GIS） 研究生姓名 杜 龍 學(xué)號(hào) 7202020032 導(dǎo)師姓 名 梁虹 職稱 副 教 授 李斌 職稱 高級(jí)工程師 二○○四年四月 i 摘 要： 辦公自動(dòng)化（ Office Automation， OA）系統(tǒng)，是利用先進(jìn)的電子信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代辦公設(shè)備構(gòu)成的人機(jī)信息處理系統(tǒng)，輔助管理人員進(jìn)行各種辦公活動(dòng)。辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)由辦公機(jī)構(gòu)、辦公人員、辦公設(shè)備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境、辦公信息等幾個(gè)基本要素構(gòu)成。 辦公自動(dòng)化 已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為一門(mén)新興的學(xué)科 ， 它 涉及計(jì)算機(jī)與通信技術(shù)科學(xué)、管理與行 為科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)工程與人機(jī)工程學(xué)等學(xué)科，是當(dāng)今計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用的一個(gè)非常活躍的領(lǐng)域。辦公自動(dòng)化的目的，是應(yīng)用電子信息技術(shù)，提供先進(jìn)的辦公信息處理手段，最大限度地提高辦公效率和辦公質(zhì)量，改善辦公環(huán)境和條件，提高辦公管理和決策自動(dòng)化和科學(xué)化水平。 .NET 是微軟公司推出的技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品的總稱。 .NET 框架是一種新的計(jì)算平臺(tái)，它在各個(gè)方面簡(jiǎn)化了在分布式 Inter 環(huán)境中的應(yīng)用程序開(kāi)發(fā)。 是 .NET 平臺(tái)下進(jìn)行 B/S 結(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā)的主要技術(shù)。它是一種創(chuàng)建動(dòng)態(tài) Web 應(yīng)用程序的全新手段，它給開(kāi)發(fā)人員提供了比以往更大的靈活性和 更多的功能。 本文詳細(xì)介紹了基于 .NET 技術(shù)的通用辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程，重點(diǎn)闡述 .NET 技術(shù)框架，以及二叉樹(shù)在通用辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)流程定義中的應(yīng)用。 論文第一章介紹了研究辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的目的和意義，開(kāi)發(fā)本系統(tǒng)的背景；第二章介紹了辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的概念，發(fā)展歷史與現(xiàn)狀，國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況，目前的發(fā)展方向與目前所存在的問(wèn)題；第三章介紹了本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法；第四章介紹了 .NET 的技術(shù)內(nèi)容；第五章介紹了本系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)以及系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)所遇到的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題與解決方案。 本文所闡述的系統(tǒng)均是在 Microsoft Windows2020 Server 平臺(tái)下用 Visual 編程實(shí)現(xiàn)的。本系統(tǒng)已投入部分單位使用。 關(guān)鍵詞：辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)， .NET，公文管理，流程定義，二叉樹(shù) ii Abstract The system of Office Automation (OA) is a personmachine system of handling information, which is posed of advanced electronics information technique and the modern information equipments. It can help the personnel to implement the task of office automation. The system of office automation prises the OA anization, the OA personnel, the OA equipments, the work environment and the OA information. The office automation has already developed to be a new arisen course, it involves the puter and munication technique, management and behavioral science, system engineering and personmachine engineering etc. it is nowadays very active in the application fields of puter. The purpose of office automation is to apply electronic information technique, offer the advanced OA information means, enhance the efficiency and the quantity of OA management, improve the OA environment, and advance the level of OA science. .NET is a gross that the Microsoft pany release the technique and the product. .NET framework is a new calculation terrace, it simplifies the development of program on the each aspect in the distribute environment of the Inter. is the main technique that could develop in the construction of B/S .It is a new means for creating the dynamic web applying procedure. It provides the larger agilities and more functions to development personnel. This thesis not only introduces the design, development and realization of OA in general under the .NET technique, but also expatiates the .NET framework and the application of the binary tree in the process definition. The first part introduces the purpose of studying OA and the background of developing the OA system。 the second part introduces the concept, history of development, actuality, aspect of development, problem about the OA。 the third part introduces the designing way。 the forth part introduces the technology content of .NET。 the fifth part introduces realization of the OA system, and the problem of the OA system and how to solve the problem at last. The OA system is realized by Visual under the Microsoft Windows2020 Server.
