內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)大學《大氣污染控制工程課程設計》說明書 摘 要 目前大氣污染已成了全球性的問題,主要有溫室效應、酸雨,臭氧空洞等問題。這些環(huán)境問題主要是由人類的各種活動引起的。因此,有效控制各種污染物的排放勢在必得。本次課程設計是對燃煤采暖鍋爐房煙氣除塵系統(tǒng)進行設計,燃煤過程中排放大量煙塵 ,嚴重影響著空氣質(zhì)量和人類生活環(huán)境。綜合煙塵各項物理性質(zhì),水膜除塵器是最符合要求的。水膜除塵具有 結構簡單 , 金屬耗量小,耗水量小 , 除塵效果好,脫硫程度高,運行簡單方便等優(yōu)點。其結構尺寸可以查閱相關資料由風量而定。設計中要計算出燃煤排氣量和 2SO 等,進而選擇除塵器并計算相關管道尺寸。最后根據(jù)相關參數(shù)選擇風機、電機。含塵氣體經(jīng)除塵器后再經(jīng)脫硫、除塵等工藝最后經(jīng)煙囪排往大氣。排出煙氣達到國家二級一般工業(yè)地區(qū)的排放標準。 關鍵詞 :大氣污染;水膜式除塵器;燃煤鍋爐;含塵氣體內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)大學《大氣污染控制工程課程設計》說明書 Abstract Currently air pollution has bee a global problem, there are the greenhouse effect, acid rain, ozone hole and other issues. These environmental problems are mainly caused by human activities. Therefore, effective control of emissions of various pollutants aspirations. The course design is designed for flue gas dust removal system of coalfired heating boiler, lots of smoke and dust emissions processed from burning coals , which is seriously affecting air quality and human living environment.. Comprehensivly analysis the physical properties of consolidated dust,Water membrane Dust collector is the best collector to meet the requirements. The Water membrane Dust collector has a simple structure, the metal consumption is small and the amount of water is little, it has a good dust removal effect, a high degree of desulfurization. It has a good advantages of easy operation. The structure size is determined by the amount of wind. Design to calculate the amount of wind and by the wind and the chimney pipe size design, fans, motors and so on. The structure size can access relevant information determined by the amount of wind. Design to calculate the displacement and other coalfired, and then select the filter and calculate the associated piping size. Finally, according to the relevant parameters blower motor. The dust collector and then through the dusty gas desulphurization and dust removal and other final process to the atmosphere through the chimney. Exhaust gas meet the national emission standards for general industrial areas.
