【正文】 平湖一期技術(shù)升級異味控制工程SNCR系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行維護(hù)手冊編 寫：批 準(zhǔn)：審 核：2010年9月前 言本手冊是為了脫硝運(yùn)行人員提供設(shè)備操作、維護(hù)的正常依據(jù)。為了更加安全和高效的掌握SNCR系統(tǒng) ，特編制此手冊。操作人員在開始所有的工作之前應(yīng)該認(rèn)真閱讀本手冊，安全生產(chǎn)的基本前提就是按照手冊內(nèi)容進(jìn)行操作維護(hù)。另外，還要注意一些當(dāng)?shù)氐陌踩?guī)范和安全指導(dǎo)。手冊中的圖解主要是為了讓運(yùn)行維護(hù)人員更好的理解，可能會與實(shí)際工程有所不同。安 全 部 分氨區(qū)安全注意事項(xiàng)I． The worker skill requirements人員技能要求:Tanker driver罐車司機(jī) The tanker driver is able to drive and operate the tanker due to his training, knowledge and experience. He is aware of the dangers of the transported media, the tanker driver is responsible for filling the storage tank. Authorized personnel means only persons who can be expected to perform their work reliably. Persons with impaired reactions due to, for example, the consumption of drugs, alcohol, or medication are not authorized.
