【正文】 東北大學(xué)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院（自考）畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文目錄中文摘要 1英文摘要 2前言 31實驗用細頸瓶清洗機發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及研究意義 4 4 52實驗用細頸瓶清洗機的方案設(shè)計 6 6 6 6 7 8 9 9 10 10 10 11 12 12 12 14 15 15 16 16 17 17 18 19 194機器特點和注意事項 205結(jié)論 20參考文獻 21致謝 2224 摘要實驗用細頸瓶是指那些在實驗中使用的、瓶口相對較小的玻璃瓶，如在化學(xué)實驗中經(jīng)常用到的容量瓶、錐形瓶等。這類瓶很不容易清洗，不但增加了實驗者的工作強度，而且降低了工作效率。因此，研制一種清洗這類瓶的清洗機具有十分重要的意義。本實驗用細頸瓶清洗機的設(shè)計在考慮到方便、實用的基礎(chǔ)之上，對該類瓶的清洗方法以及清洗流程等各個方面進行了分析、總結(jié)，完成了對該機的清洗方法的選擇、清洗流程的確定、總體布局的設(shè)計:本設(shè)計運用SolidWork軟件完成了對本機的總體設(shè)計。通過分析現(xiàn)有噴頭的優(yōu)缺點，設(shè)計了錐形螺旋縫隙式噴頭,并用Excel分析設(shè)計了噴頭的螺旋傾角。通過計算總體壓力損失完成了對泵體的選擇；根據(jù)瓶體的大小和數(shù)量確定了噴箱和洗滌液箱的尺寸參數(shù)。該機沖洗效果好，使用方便，節(jié)省了沖洗時間，降低了勞動強度，并且將洗滌液回收循環(huán)利用，節(jié)約了洗滌液資源，做到了環(huán)保。不但可以在各個高?；瘜W(xué)實驗室和生物實驗室廣泛應(yīng)用，還可以應(yīng)用到醫(yī)學(xué)實驗以及其他化工廠的實驗中。關(guān)鍵詞：實驗；細頸瓶；清洗機AbstractThe experimental narrow mouth flasks refers to the glass bottles used in chemistry experiment that have relatively smaller mouth, such as volumetric flask and taper flask, etc. This kind of bottle is difficult to clean. The cleaning of the bottle is not only increasing the working strength, but also reducing the working efficiency. Therefore, developing a cleaning machine for the bottles is extremely significant.This experimental flask cleaner’s design has been carried out on the analysis and summary to this kind of bottle’s cleaning method as well as the cleaning procedure. The design plan, the cleaning method, the cleaning procedure, and the overall layout has been determined considering not only convenient, but also practical .The overall design has pleted with SolidWork software. By analyzing the existing spaying nozzle, a helix slot cone spraying nozzle was designed, the spiral inclination angle of the nozzle was analyzed with Excel。 based on putation on pressure loss, the pump was selected。 the cleaning box and detergent box were designed according to the size and number of bottles.The machine’s washing effect is good, and it is easy to operate, meantime, it reduces the labor intensity. It can recycle the washing solution, save the detergent resources, protect the environmental. It can be used not only in each university chemical laboratory and the biological laboratory, but also in the medicine experiment, as well as in other chemical plant experiment. Key words: Experiment。 narrow mouth flask。 Cleaner前言 能夠快速的把實驗瓶刷洗干凈一直是實驗工作者的追求，化學(xué)老師做實驗或者其他專業(yè)老師做科研時需要用到很多像容量瓶這類細頸瓶，由于結(jié)構(gòu)特殊，雖然可以人工刷洗干凈，卻需要很長時間，而且在大量清洗時，還增加了勞動強度。此外，大量洗滌液的排放造成了資源的浪費和對環(huán)境的污染。 通過查找相關(guān)資料，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)目前還沒有適用于清洗細頸瓶的機器。基于此況，為了在短時間內(nèi)將實驗用細頸瓶沖洗干凈且使洗滌液循環(huán)利用，我設(shè)計了該實驗用細頸瓶清洗機。 1實驗用細頸瓶清洗機發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及研究意義目前，國內(nèi)已經(jīng)研究和制造了清洗啤酒瓶以及其他罐裝飲料的瓶子的機器。主要有單端全自動洗瓶機和雙端全自動洗瓶機以及三片罐洗瓶機等。最近，合肥某公司又生產(chǎn)了處于國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地位的YPWT型雙端洗瓶機，主要用于乳品飲料回收瓶的洗滌和消毒[1]。但是，在清洗實驗室的器皿方面，我國大部分實驗室還是采用了較為傳統(tǒng)的人工清洗，尤其是圖1所示的實驗用細頸瓶，其形狀特殊，清洗非常不方便，只有很少一部分醫(yī)學(xué)或者化學(xué)實驗室采用了超聲波清洗的方法。圖1 實驗用細頸瓶 在國外，有一些國家主要是德國研究生產(chǎn)了相關(guān)的設(shè)備：2001年，德國生產(chǎn)了RIEBESAM系列實驗器皿清洗機[2]，如圖2所示：整機采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)，規(guī)格齊全，性能卓越， RIEBESAM系列產(chǎn)品能
