電力電子技術(shù)課程設(shè)計(jì)-三相橋式全控整流電路的研究(已修改)

【正文】 摘 要 電子技術(shù)的應(yīng)用已深入到工農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè) 、 交通運(yùn)輸 、 空間技術(shù) 、 國(guó)防現(xiàn)代化 、 醫(yī)療 、 環(huán)保 、 和億萬(wàn)人們?nèi)粘I畹母鱾€(gè)領(lǐng)域 , 進(jìn)入 21 世紀(jì)后電力電子技術(shù)的應(yīng)用更加廣泛 , 因此對(duì)電力電子技術(shù)的研究更為重要。近幾年越來(lái)越多電力電子應(yīng)用在國(guó)民工業(yè)中 ,一些技術(shù)先進(jìn)的國(guó)家 ,經(jīng)過(guò)電力電子技術(shù)處理的電能已得到總電能的一半以上。 本文主要介紹三相橋式全控整流電路的主電路和觸發(fā)電路的原理及控制電路圖 ,由工頻三相電壓 380V 經(jīng)升壓變壓器后由 SCR(可控硅 )再整流為直流供負(fù)載用。但是由于工藝要求大功率 ,大電流 ,高電壓 ,因此控制比較復(fù) 雜 ,特別是觸發(fā)電路部分必須一一對(duì)應(yīng) ,否則輸出的電壓波動(dòng)大甚至還有可能短路造成設(shè)備損壞。 本電路圖主要由芯片 C8051F020 微控制器來(lái)控制并在不同的時(shí)刻發(fā)出不同的脈沖信號(hào)去控制 6 個(gè) SCR。在負(fù)載端取出整流電壓 ,負(fù)載電流到 C8051F020模擬口 ,然后由 MCU處理后發(fā)出信號(hào)控制 SCR的導(dǎo)通角的大小。 在本課題設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中 ,我們使用 KEILC 開(kāi)發(fā)軟件 ,C8051 開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)及PROTEL99,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)電路改造設(shè)計(jì) ,并達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果。 關(guān)鍵字 : MCU; SCR; 電力電子 ; 導(dǎo)通角 ; KEILC 2 ABSTRACT The application of electronic technology has deep into the industrial and agricultural economy construction, transportation, space technology, national defense modernization, medical, environmental protection, and millions of People39。s Daily life in all areas, after 21 st century power electronic technology application more extensive, so the power electronic technology research is more recent years more and more application in the national power electronics industry, some technical advanced countries, after power electronic technology processing power has been more than half of total paper mainly introduces the threephase bridge type all control the main circuit of rectifier circuit and trigger circuit principle and control circuit, the power frequency voltage 380 V the boost phase after transformer (SCR) again by SCR rectifier for dc load for because the process requirement high power, large current, high voltage, and hence control is more plex, especially trigger circuit part must be exactly corresponding, otherwise the output voltage fluctuations and may have even large shortcircuit equipment main circuit by chip C8051F020 micro controller to control and in different time a different pulse signal to control six SCR.
