【正文】 摘 要 山區(qū)地段的大口徑、長(zhǎng)距離油氣管道建設(shè)多年來(lái)一直是管道建設(shè)施工的難點(diǎn) 上，對(duì)山區(qū)地段的管道施工技術(shù)一直處于研究和探討之中。本文按照“逐步完善、科學(xué)管理”的總體思路，結(jié)合大口徑管道施工的特點(diǎn)，探索形成了山區(qū)地段管道施工系列方法和技術(shù)，為完善我國(guó)大口徑管道工程山區(qū)地段施工技術(shù)，提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 針對(duì)黃土高原地區(qū)的地質(zhì)條件特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合西氣東輸管道工程大口徑、壁厚的特點(diǎn) ,本文重點(diǎn)歸納并綜述了山區(qū)地段管道施工中，具有創(chuàng)新性、合理性、適合性的系列 施工方法和管道施工技術(shù)。 山區(qū) 施工便道修筑、 加固系列技術(shù)；施工作業(yè)帶清理系 列技術(shù)；山區(qū)運(yùn)布管系列技術(shù)；管材焊接系列技術(shù)； 黃土塬地貌段施工系列技術(shù)； 管道沿河谷敷設(shè)系列技術(shù)； 林區(qū)、果園地段施工技術(shù)；隧道內(nèi)管道施工系列技術(shù)； 跨越施工系列技術(shù) 等提出了自己技術(shù)上的創(chuàng)新。 關(guān)鍵詞： 西氣東輸 管道工程 山區(qū)地段 鋪設(shè) 施工技術(shù) Abstract In the history of China’s Pipeline construction, it has been a tough task for construction of largediameter and longdistance pipeline in mountain sections. Great effort and constant research have been made to seek a better solution. This article, under the guideline of “perfecting and managing” and bining the characters of largediameter pipeline construction, lines out methods and techniques for pipeline construction in mountain sections, and it contributes to the nation in this industry. This article, in regard of the soft land in Northwest China and large diameter and wallthickness of West to East Gas Pipeline Project, covers and summarizes some innovative and adaptive techniques in: Building and enhancing of passageway。 cleaning of working area。 transportation and laying of pipes in mountain sections。 pipe welding。 construction on soft land。 pipe laying out along valley。 construction in forest。 construction in tunnel。 crossing.
