【正文】 供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存管理研究摘 要供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)主要是實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈整體運(yùn)作成本的最小化，為了獲取最小化的成本，一個(gè)重要的方面就是供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)必須有效地管理供應(yīng)鏈中的庫(kù)存。因此，計(jì)劃和協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈中的庫(kù)存就成了最小化庫(kù)存成本的重要手段。本文即從計(jì)劃協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存的幾個(gè)模式展開(kāi)，通過(guò)比較分析最終給出供應(yīng)鏈管理中庫(kù)存計(jì)劃協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制的一般框架及其設(shè)計(jì)步驟。企業(yè)要有效地緩解供需矛盾，盡可能均衡地保持生產(chǎn)，甚至參與投機(jī)，都必須持有一定的庫(kù)存。但是庫(kù)存常常掩蓋生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中不確定的需求與預(yù)測(cè)、不可靠的供應(yīng)商、產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題以及生產(chǎn)能力不足等諸多問(wèn)題，因此企業(yè)必須要盡力減少庫(kù)存來(lái)暴露上述潛在問(wèn)題，從而提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平和快速應(yīng)變能力。供應(yīng)鏈中存在的不確定性和由此造成的“牛鞭Bullwhip”效應(yīng)，增加了供應(yīng)鏈體系中的整體庫(kù)存，給供應(yīng)鏈中各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)帶來(lái)了不必要的成本負(fù)擔(dān)。但是誰(shuí)在這個(gè)鏈條中承擔(dān)的負(fù)擔(dān)更重呢？誰(shuí)在規(guī)劃與管理鏈條中的各種存貨呢？透過(guò)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存管理的幾種模式的比較分析，可以從中窺視出問(wèn)題的答案。Abstract: The goal of optimizing supply chain mainly is to realize the minimization of the whole cost of supply chain operation. One important respect to obtain the minimized cost is that the enterprises at supply chain points must manage the stock of the supply chain effectively. Therefore, planning and coordinating the stock of the supply chain bees important means to minimize the stock cost. This paper begins with several modes of planning and coordinating supply chain stock, finally provides general frame and design steps of stock planning and coordinating mechanism in the supply chain management through paring and analyzing. If enterprises want to alleviate the imbalance between supply and demand, keep producing as balanced as possible, even participate in venture, they must hold certain stock.. But stock often conceals a great deal of problems in the course of production and management such as uncertain demand and prediction, quality problems of products and service, insufficient production capacity etc., so enterprises must do their best to reduce stock to expose abovementioned potential problems thus improve the managerial skills of enterprises and fast adaptability to changes. The uncertainty existing in supply chain and the “bull whip” effect arising from it increase whole stock in the supply chain system and bring every nodal enterprise with unnecessary cost burden. .However, whose burden is heavier in the chain? Who is planning and managing all kinds of stocks in the chain.
