河南理工大學本科畢業(yè)設計(論文)I畢業(yè)設計說明書PE250400 顎式破碎機畢業(yè)設計說明書摘 要目前,國內外使用的顎式破碎機種類很多, 復擺顎式破碎機結構簡單,質 量 較 輕 , 構件 較 少 , 結 構 更 緊 湊 ,生產(chǎn)率高,操作和維修方便等優(yōu)點,所以在物料破碎作業(yè)中運用最廣泛的還是復擺顎式破碎機。本畢業(yè)設計主要是為滿足生產(chǎn)需求出料口尺寸:20~60mm;進料塊最大尺寸:210mm;產(chǎn)量:75m179。/h 而研究的。根據(jù)以上要求我設計了復擺顎式破碎機 PE250400(E:顎;P:破;250400:進料口寬度長度),其工作原理是:電機驅動皮帶,通過皮帶輪帶動偏心軸旋轉。動顎與偏心軸相連,當偏心軸旋轉時,動顎隨之上下往復運動。當動顎向上運動時,肘板與動顎夾角變大,肘板推使動顎向前運動而靠近定顎,致使物料被擠壓碾碎。當動顎向下運動時,肘板與動顎夾角變小,通過拉桿與彈簧裝置,動顎離開定顎,物料被排卸出去。隨著偏心軸不斷旋轉,動顎作往復循環(huán)運動,物料不斷被破碎排卸,而達到連續(xù)生產(chǎn)目的。設計內容主要包括了復擺顎式破碎機的動顎、偏心軸、皮帶輪、動顎齒板、機架等一些重要部件;另外對顎式破碎機的工作原理及特點和主要部件作了介紹,包括保險裝置、調整裝置、機架結構、潤滑裝置等;同時對機器參數(shù)(主軸轉速、生產(chǎn)能力、破碎力、功率等)作了計算。此外也簡單介紹了破碎的意義、破碎工藝和破碎比的計算,顎式破碎機的主要部件的安裝、顎式破碎機的操作及維修等。關鍵詞:顎式破碎機;工作原理;動顎。河南理工大學本科畢業(yè)設計(論文)IIABSTRACTAt present, domestic and international use of many different types of jaw crusher,Jaw Crusher simple structure, the quality of light, fewer ponents, more pact structure, high productivity, easy operation and maintenance, etc., so the material crushing operation is the most widely used Jaw graduation project mainly is for meets the production need: Discharge hole size: 20~60mm。 Feeding block greatest size: 210 mm。 output: 75m179。/hAccording to the above asked me to design a Jaw Crusher PE250x400(E stands for Jaw。P stands for Crusher。 250x400 stands for the discharge port’s width and length), its working principle is: the motor drive belt, pulley driven by the eccentric axis. Moving jaw and the eccentric shaft, when the eccentric shaft rotates, moving up and down reciprocating motion along the jaw. When the moving jaw moves upward, the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw bees larger, fixed jaw bracket bringing forward movement close to the scale, causing the material to be extruded crushed. When the moving jaw moves down, the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases, through the rod and spring mechanism, moving the fixed jaw to leave, the material is ranked discharge out. With the constant rotation of eccentric shaft, moving the jaw back and forth cycle of movement, constantly being broken disposing of the material, to achieve the purpose of continuous production. The content of this design totally include jaw crusher’s move jaw, eccentric shaft, belt pulley, toothed rack of move jaw, rack and some important ponents。 in other we introduced the principle of jaw crusher , Features of jaw crusher and important ponents, included 河南理工大學本科畢業(yè)設計(論文)IIIinsurance unit , adjustment unit, rack structure ,lubrication unit and so on. At the same time, we puted parameter of the machine (the speed of main axle, Productivity, the strength of stave power and so on ) and designed the eccentric shaf .
