【正文】 單 相正弦波變頻電源的設(shè)計(jì) 摘要: 介紹由單片機(jī)和 SA4828研制的單相變頻電源。提出了用高精度三相可編程 PWM集成芯片 SA4828與 89C52單片機(jī)控制技術(shù)相結(jié)合的單相變頻電源的設(shè)計(jì)方案。給出了系統(tǒng)總體構(gòu)成和主電路設(shè)計(jì),介紹了 SPWM 產(chǎn)生器 SA4828 和工作原理, SA4828 全數(shù)字操作、工作方式靈活、頻率范圍寬、精度高功能強(qiáng),可實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的智能化設(shè)計(jì)。文中詳細(xì)介紹了采用單片機(jī) AT89C52和 SPWM產(chǎn)生器 SA4828組成系統(tǒng)控制器的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)。 利用專用集成電路 SA 4828 設(shè)計(jì)變頻器 , 可以大大簡(jiǎn)化硬件電路 的設(shè)計(jì)和軟件編程。它以 SA4828作為 SPWM信號(hào)發(fā)生器 , 經(jīng)過(guò)驅(qū)動(dòng)電路控制 IPM模塊 , 產(chǎn)生三相變頻電源。配以單片機(jī)、鍵盤、 L ED 顯示器及轉(zhuǎn)速編碼器 , 構(gòu)成閉環(huán)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。 實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,由 SA4828 為控制芯片的變頻電源結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、輸出波形好、性能穩(wěn)定可靠,適合于中、小功率的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合。 關(guān)鍵詞: 正弦脈寬調(diào)制( SPWM); SA4828;逆變電源;單片機(jī) Design of Singlephase sine wave variable frequency power source Abstract: The Singlephase sine wave variable frequency power source based on MCU AT89C52 and SPWM generator IC SA4828 is introduced in this paper. The design proposal of Singlephase sine wave variable frequency power source was proposed using the MCU 89C52 control technology unified with high accuracy threephase programmable PWM integrated chip SA4828. The system construction and main circuit design of variable frequency power are given,the function feature and operation principle of SPWM generation IC SA8282 is hardware and software design of controller by using AT89C52 and SA8282 is discussed in detail in this paper. Making use of the special IC SA 4828 to design an inverter can greatly simplify both the hardw are and softw are. The SA4828 used as SPWM signal generato r cont ro ls the IPM via driver circuits to produce variable frequency power supply. The speed adjusting system consist ing of SCC, KB, LED display and speed coder is tested and excellent performance is results shown the output voltage waveform is quite good,the performance meets the demand.
