【正文】 開(kāi)關(guān)電源應(yīng)用 —— POS 機(jī)的電源設(shè)計(jì) 1 開(kāi)關(guān)電源的應(yīng)用 —— POS 機(jī)的電源設(shè)計(jì) 專業(yè): 學(xué)號(hào): 姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師: 中文摘要 本文主要是通過(guò)分析并設(shè)計(jì)一款用于 POS 機(jī)的高效率、低功耗的開(kāi)關(guān)電源適配器來(lái)介紹開(kāi)關(guān)電源的優(yōu)點(diǎn),讓更多人了解開(kāi)關(guān)電源為什么能夠逐漸取代線性穩(wěn)壓電源而得到廣泛應(yīng)用。該電源電路采用脈寬調(diào)制型( PWM)、電流控制模式、單端反激式工作原理,設(shè)計(jì)電路中還考慮了各種保護(hù)電路。該電源有效輸入電壓范圍為 100V~ 240V,輸出電壓為 ,誤差范圍在 2%內(nèi),輸出功率 為 34W,效率高達(dá) 75%以上,是一款高效率、低成本、微型化的小功率開(kāi)關(guān)電源。 在開(kāi)關(guān)電源輕型化、高效化的發(fā)展歷程中,集成電路技術(shù)起了決定性的作用。近 20 年來(lái),集成開(kāi)關(guān)電源是沿著兩個(gè)方向不斷發(fā)展的:一個(gè)方向是,對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)電源的核心單元 —— 控制電路的集成;另一個(gè)方面是,對(duì)中、小功率開(kāi)關(guān)電源實(shí)現(xiàn)單片集成化,單片開(kāi)關(guān)電源實(shí)際上是一種 AC/DC 電源變換器。 在介紹具體的設(shè)計(jì)電路之前, 本文 先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了開(kāi)關(guān)電源的發(fā)展歷史及其工作原理,并與傳統(tǒng)的線性穩(wěn)壓電源進(jìn)行了比較。其次詳細(xì)地對(duì)比介紹了不同的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)制方法、控制方式的不 同特點(diǎn)。然后第 3 章詳細(xì)介紹整個(gè)電路的設(shè)計(jì)思路、電路結(jié)構(gòu)選擇、器件選擇、參數(shù)計(jì)算等一系列工作。限于篇幅,對(duì)一些輔助的電路,包括各種保護(hù)電路,如:過(guò)流、過(guò)壓保護(hù),欠壓鎖定電路, EMI 濾波電路 ,補(bǔ)償網(wǎng)絡(luò)等等只做了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。 本文除了完成原理分析和理論設(shè)計(jì)外,還得到了由本電源電路圖(附錄 1)加工而成的實(shí)物電源,并對(duì)實(shí)物電路進(jìn)行測(cè)試,分析和總結(jié)。在經(jīng)過(guò) 調(diào)試過(guò)程中的對(duì)電路結(jié)構(gòu)的 進(jìn)一步修改后,電路的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到或優(yōu)于預(yù)定指標(biāo)(各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)值已附于文章最后),驗(yàn)證了作者的理論設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),是一次理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐的大膽嘗 試。 關(guān)鍵詞: 開(kāi)關(guān)電源 ,脈寬調(diào)制 ,電流控制模式 ,反激變換器 ,高效率 福州大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 2 The application of switching power supply—— The design of power supply for POS puter Abstract By analyzing and designing a highefficiency lowpower switching power supply used for the POS machine, this paper wants to tell us all about the advantages of the switching power supply, making more and more people to know why the switching power supply is going to replace the linear regulator gradually and bees more and more popular in the power conversion arena today. The principle of this circuit is a current model control PWM flyback converter, and some protection circuits are also designed in this switching power supply. This circuit has a wide input voltage range of 100Vac to 240Vac to generate a output of ,34W with error less than 2% and efficiency more than 75%, is a smallscale switching power supply of highefficiency and lowcost. In the development of smallscale、 highefficient switching power supply, the technology of integrated circuit take a decisive role. Over the past 20 years, the integrated switching power supply is developing in two directions: the first is the integration of the core ponentcontrol circuit。 the second is integration of the small and medium scale switching power supply in a integrated circuit. In fact, the singlechip switching power supply is a AC/DC power convertor. Before introducing the factual circuit, the author first introduces the development history and basic principle of the switching power supply in contrast to the linear regulator. The different operating principles of different circuit topologies、 modulation mode and control model have been particularly analyzed after it. And then a series of tasks, such as design theory、 topologies selection、 ponents selection and parameter calculation have been expounded in chapter3. Limited by the paper and time, some assistant circuits are simply introduced, for example, over current、 voltage protection circuit,under voltage locked circuit,EMI filter,pensation work and so on. Besides the principle analysis and theoretic design,the author obtains the real switching power supply processed according to the theoretic design circuit chart in the appendix1, then the author tests the power supply and analyzes the test result. Because of the improvements of the real circuit during the test, the test result indicates that each target of the real power supply has achieved or better than the expectation(the test results enclosed in the end of the paper), verifies the theoretic design and achieves the design task. The whole progress is an energetic attempt of theory bined with practice.
