秦皇島326油田消防水方案優(yōu)化提要:隨著渤海海域無人駐守平臺(tái)的不斷增加,根據(jù)油田設(shè)施的特點(diǎn),通過海水注水管線進(jìn)行消防的方案也隨即產(chǎn)生,SZ36J 區(qū) SZ361 二期工程項(xiàng)目都采用了這種方式進(jìn)行消防。在QHD326 項(xiàng)目基本設(shè)計(jì)后期,我們針對(duì)油田特點(diǎn),對(duì)消防系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化比較,旨在選出一種比較適合多平臺(tái)及FPSO生產(chǎn)的消防方案,以保證油田安全可靠生產(chǎn)。Summary:Along with the number of unmanned platforms of bohai bay increasing and regarding the facilities39。 property of oil field, the program that the injection water flowed through the submersible water pipeline is used as the fire water is given birth to. The purpose of the alternative optimum is that we can choose the best scheme to protect the platform and FPSO safe and reliable.關(guān)鍵詞:消防水方案 優(yōu)化 WHP FPSOKey words: fire water scheme optimization1 概述QHD326油田是由中外合資開發(fā),中方為作業(yè)者的大油田,年產(chǎn)原油四百萬噸,油田位于我國(guó)渤海灣的中西部,在京唐港的東南20公里的地方。該油田有6座4腿的井口平臺(tái),一艘浮式生產(chǎn)儲(chǔ)油裝置(FPSO),一座單點(diǎn)系泊(SPM),6條從SPM至各井口平臺(tái)的海底電纜,6條各個(gè)井口平臺(tái)的海底集輸管線,6條至各個(gè)井口平臺(tái)的海底注水管線;共有163口井(133口油井,6口水源井和24口注水井);生產(chǎn)期為20年,計(jì)劃兩年三階段依次進(jìn)行投產(chǎn):一期,井口平臺(tái)A、B、SPM、FPSO及相應(yīng)的海底管線和電纜;二期,井口平臺(tái)C、D及相應(yīng)的海底管線和電纜; 三期,井口平臺(tái)E、F及相應(yīng)的海底管線和電纜;為了確保油田順利投產(chǎn),油田在開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)、鉆井、完井生產(chǎn)等各個(gè)階段的危險(xiǎn)性分析都十分重要。合理采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù),減低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概率是油田設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵。安全、消防系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化正是保證QHD326油田安全可靠生產(chǎn)、保證油田低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、高產(chǎn)出的重要舉措。2 QHD326油田消防水系統(tǒng)方案及其優(yōu)化
