【正文】 現(xiàn)代住宅論文建筑設(shè)計論文：基于自然通風(fēng)在現(xiàn)代住宅建筑設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用探析 摘要：自然通風(fēng)是一項古老而重要的通風(fēng)方式，其與現(xiàn)代技術(shù)相結(jié)合成為重要的通風(fēng)技術(shù)，受到建筑節(jié)能和生態(tài)主義者的關(guān)注。本文結(jié)合筆者多年建筑設(shè)計實踐，從住宅建筑布局、戶型平面、室內(nèi)通風(fēng)構(gòu)造等方面詳細(xì)闡述了引入自然通風(fēng)概念的現(xiàn)代住宅建筑設(shè)計與技術(shù)要點，并進(jìn)行總結(jié)。 關(guān)鍵詞：現(xiàn)代住宅；建筑設(shè)計；自然通風(fēng)；節(jié)能措施 abstract:the natural ventilation is one item ancient and the important well ventilated way, it unifies into the important well ventilated technology with the modern technology, receives the construction energy conservation and the ecology person39。s attention. this article unifies the author many year architectural design practice, from the residential building layout, the household plane, aspects and so on indoor air ventilation structure elaborated in detail the introduction natural ventilation concept39。s modern residential building design and the technical point, and carry on the summary. keywords:modern housing； architectural design； natural ventilation； energy conservation measure 1 引言 當(dāng)前，隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展，建筑能耗增長迅猛，建筑能耗一般包括采暖、空調(diào)、熱水供應(yīng)、照明、家用電器等方面的能耗，其中采暖、空調(diào)能耗約占 60％ ~70％。據(jù) 2020年估算的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，中國建筑用商品能源消耗已占全國商品能源消費總量的 ％，接近發(fā)達(dá)同家的 30％ ~40％。我國是能源相對貧乏 的國家，建筑節(jié)能迫在眉睫，而據(jù)專家估算，約 2/3~3/4 的建筑 能耗可通過合理的措施節(jié)省下來，相對自然通風(fēng)和機(jī)械輔助式自然通風(fēng)兩種模式，自然通風(fēng)便是一項成熟而低廉的技術(shù)措施，在建筑設(shè)計中應(yīng)充分、合理地加以使用。本文在建筑節(jié)能的基礎(chǔ)上，從建筑設(shè)計的角度出發(fā)，探討在設(shè)計中如何合理地利用自然通風(fēng)。 2 現(xiàn)代住宅建筑設(shè)計對自然通風(fēng)的重新認(rèn)識 自然通風(fēng)是一
