In advance of the 08 Olympic Games, Asian Games in Guangzhou, Shenzhen Universiade and 10 Shen Yang Expo site event five years ago, the Wenchuan earthquake, shortly before the earthquake in Japan, motor car rearend accident, Libya battlefield manmade disasters such as natural disasters, war behind the scenes, have our volunteers active peak figure. They won the praise of the guests from the spirit of dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress. It is this group of ordinary people struggling to promote the great spirit of volunteerism inspired by the history of mankind the volunteers booming!In this paper, on the status and impact of the development of the cause of our volunteers and practical project implementation of a detailed understanding of the background to do, clearly the basic cause of our volunteers. On this basis, for local personnel, we conducted a survey of the different aspects. Gender, age, voluntary services, activities, obstacles and other factors on the impact of volunteer action and limitations analysis resolve any issues found to be the program.
