【正文】 . . . .. . 學(xué)習(xí)好幫手綜合信息物資及設(shè)備管理子系統(tǒng)專業(yè)名稱：計算機應(yīng)用姓 名：陳 之 朋指導(dǎo)老師：盧 蕭完成時間：2022 年 12月. . . .. . 學(xué)習(xí)好幫手摘 要德陽東汽工模具有限公司綜合信息管理系統(tǒng)—物資及設(shè)備管理子系統(tǒng)是德陽東汽工模具有限公司綜合信息管理系統(tǒng)的一個子系統(tǒng)。該管理系統(tǒng)是在充分了解了德陽東汽工模具有限公司的特點及業(yè)務(wù)需求的基礎(chǔ)上，基于 J2EE技術(shù)、后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫采用 Oracle 9i進行開發(fā)的。通過該信息管理系統(tǒng)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息管理方式對公司的信息進行控制和管理，建立綜合生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營銷售的服務(wù)平臺。本子系統(tǒng)包括庫存管理、物料需求計劃、配料管理及設(shè)備管理等模塊。庫存管理是對公司產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中所使用到的原材料、毛坯進行統(tǒng)一的管理；配料管理是根據(jù)圖紙信息對給定產(chǎn)品的物料的具體下料尺寸及重量進行計算；設(shè)備管理是對設(shè)備臺帳的維護、登記、報廢等，并且可以查詢設(shè)備的信息。 通過該子系統(tǒng)的使用，公司的員工可以擺脫一些煩瑣的手工勞動，大大的降低了計算的工作量，使得數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性、安全性、工作效率等顯著提高；可以幫助管理人員進行有效的分析決策，使公司能夠高速運轉(zhuǎn)，不斷提高自身的競爭力。本系統(tǒng)在實際應(yīng)用中具備傳統(tǒng)方法無法比擬的優(yōu)越性，在生產(chǎn)制造類公司管理實踐中具有重要的意義?，F(xiàn)本子系統(tǒng)已交付用戶使用，操作簡單，界面友好，系統(tǒng)各個功能都已達(dá)到用戶初始需求，取得了較好的效果。關(guān)鍵詞：綜合信息管理；庫存管理；配料管理；設(shè)備管理；J2EE. . . .. . 學(xué)習(xí)好幫手AbstractThe material and equipment management subsystem is a subsystem of Integrated Information Management System of the Tool and Model Limited Company of DeYang DongFang Steam Turbine. The management system is based on the full awareness of the characteristics and operational requirements of the Tool and Model Limited Company of DeYang DongFang. J2EE technology and Oracle 9i are adopted in the IIMS. Through the IIMS and the work management, the pany39。s information can be managed and controlled, and the service platform of integrated production and sales can be established. The subsystem includes an inventory management module, a material requirements planning module, a material management module and an equipment management module. The inventory management is to manage the raw material and rough material in the production process. The material management is to calculate the size and weight of the supplied material according to the blueprint information. The equipment management is to maintain, check in and reject the equipment, and it is also used to query the equipment information. Through the use of the subsystem, the staff can get rid of some cumbersome manual labor, and the puting workload can be greatly reduced. The data accuracy, security and the work efficiency are significantly enhanced. The subsystem can help managers analyze their decisionmaking, and can make these panies run at a high speed.
