【正文】 河 北 建 筑 工 程 學(xué) 院 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文）題目400型回轉(zhuǎn)式活性炭再生爐設(shè)計(jì)學(xué) 科 專 業(yè) 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及自動(dòng)化 班 級(jí) 機(jī)063 姓 名 任樂樂 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 王占英 任玉燦 輔 導(dǎo) 教 師摘要活性炭再生爐是一種新型設(shè)備，并且科技含量很高，它的功能是除去吸附的雜質(zhì)，使炭重新恢復(fù)吸附活性?；剞D(zhuǎn)式活性炭再生爐的主要組成有回轉(zhuǎn)爐體、螺旋給料裝置、滾輪以及支撐和冷卻排料裝置等。活性炭高溫?zé)嵩偕椒ㄊ峭ㄟ^加熱對(duì)活性炭進(jìn)行熱處理，使活性炭吸附的有機(jī)物在高溫下炭化分解，最終成為氣體逸出，從而使活性炭得到再生。高溫加熱再生在除去炭吸附有機(jī)物的同時(shí)，還可以除去沉積在炭表面的無機(jī)鹽，而且使炭的新微孔生成，使炭的活性得到根本的恢復(fù)。熱再生法是目前工藝最成熟，工業(yè)應(yīng)用最多的活性炭再生方法。加熱再生法再生效率高、再生時(shí)間短、應(yīng)用范圍廣。目前國內(nèi)外黃金行業(yè)活性炭的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛，用于活性炭再生處理的設(shè)備需求量越來越大，已形成了電熱、燃油等多種類型和多種系列和型號(hào)的活性炭再生處理設(shè)備。本設(shè)計(jì)主要是保證爐筒要有很好的圓度和直線度，以保證回轉(zhuǎn)爐在工作時(shí)的平穩(wěn)性；爐筒在工作時(shí)要有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)剛度和熱穩(wěn)定性； 爐筒在四個(gè)密封位置要有很好的同軸度，以保證回轉(zhuǎn)爐的密封性能。關(guān)鍵詞：活性炭 再生 再生爐 活化ABSTRACTRegeneration of activated carbon is to regain activated carbon adsorption, when a lot of impurities are adsorbed to activated carbon in the reduction or losses of adsorption capacity, in order to remove these impurities to take the technical measures. There are manytypes of renewable equipment at home and abroad, this design introduces the development of activated carbon regeneration rotary furnace and improving of framework. Activatedcarbon furnace rotary main have rotary cylinder, screw feeding device, as well as the support rollers, cooling devices and so on. Furnace is divided into dry, hightemperature carbonization and activation of three stages in general at work. In dry phase, the activated carbon removes volatile ponents. Hightemperature carbonization stages is part of activated carbon adsorption of organic boiling, vaporization and desorption, as part of organic matter deposition reaction occurs to generate smallmolecule hydrocarbon description from the residual ponents remain in the pores of activated carbon to bee a fixed carbon. At this stage, the temperature will reach 800～900 ℃ in order to avoid oxidation of activated carbon, usually in vacuum or inert atmosphere. Activation of the next stage, to pass into the reactor with carbon dioxide,carbon monoxide,hydrogen , such as gas or steam to clear micro porous activated carbon to the restoration of adsorption performance, the activation phase is the key to the whole regeneration process. Although thermal regeneration of renewable and efficient, the characteristics of a wide range of applications, but in the process of regeneration to be heated in addition to energy, investment and higher operating costs.
