【正文】 1 / 46 摘 要20 世紀(jì)以來，科學(xué)技術(shù)突飛猛進，信息量急劇增長。同時房屋租賃市場已成了我國房地產(chǎn)市場的重要組成部分。因此，作者設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一個基于 C/S 結(jié)構(gòu)的房屋出租管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)基于 C/S 架構(gòu)，前臺采用 C技術(shù)，后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫采用 SQL Server 數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)，數(shù)據(jù)庫連接采用 ADO 技術(shù)。房屋出租管理系統(tǒng)分為六個模塊，業(yè)主信息管理、房屋信息管理、客戶入住管理、房屋查詢、客戶查詢、利潤信息。其中在出租人管理信息模塊中添加一條新的出租人信息，并且能在界面上顯示所有的出租人的信息；在房屋信息管理模塊中顯示所有的房屋信息；在承租者入住管理模塊中選擇客戶性別，籍貫、填寫客戶 ID、姓名、選擇入住時間，添加入庫記錄；房屋查詢；承租者查詢。本文對房屋出租管理系統(tǒng)的可行性分析、需求分析、功能模塊劃分、數(shù)據(jù)庫模式分析、功能模塊實現(xiàn)的過程進行了詳細的闡述。該系統(tǒng)界面設(shè)計簡單，操作方便，可以實現(xiàn)房屋出租管理的程序化，條理化，規(guī)范化和高效化以及提供及時可靠的數(shù)據(jù)資料，為管理者的經(jīng)營決策提供幫助。經(jīng)初步測試，該系統(tǒng)能夠滿足房屋出租管理系統(tǒng)的基本要求。關(guān)鍵詞：房屋出租管理系統(tǒng) C/S 結(jié)構(gòu) Visual C SQL Server2 / 46ABSTRACTSince the 20th century,with the rapid development of science and technology, the amount of information has been increasing rapidly. Mealwhile, the housing rental market has been an important part of the real estate , the authors designed an rental management system,which is based on C / S structure.The system is based on C / S architecture, using C technology in the front, SQL Server database in the back , and ADO technology in the database connection.The rental management system includes six moudles:the owner’s information management, housing information management, customer occupancy management, housing inquiry, customer inquiry and information profit module,whose main functions are: adding a new rental housing person’s information, and displaying it in the interface。 displaying all the housing information in the housing information module interface 。 selecting clients’ sex, pleting customers’ ID, name, and address, and selecting the time of occupancy in the customer occupancy management moudule。 inquiring the imformation of housing and customers. This paper elaborates on the process of the feasibility analysis, the needs analysis , the function module partition, the database structure analysis and the plement of the function module of the rental management simple interface and easy operation,the system can realize the sequencing,orderliness,standardization and efficient of the reatal management。 provide reliable and timely data for managers to help business decision.
