【正文】 南京理工大學畢業(yè)設計學生管理系統(tǒng)學院：專業(yè)：計算機科學與技術班級：2022 屆姓名：指導教師：摘 要 隨 著 信 息 技 術 在 管 理 上 越 來 越 深 入 而 廣 泛 的 應 用 ， 管 理 信 息 系 統(tǒng) 的 實 施 在 技術 上 已 逐 步 成 熟 。 管 理 信 息 系 統(tǒng) 是 一 個 不 斷 發(fā) 展 的 新 型 學 科 ， 任 何 一 個 單 位 要 生存 要 發(fā) 展 ， 要 高 效 率 地 把 內 部 活 動 有 機 地 組 織 起 來 ， 就 必 須 建 立 與 自 身 特 點 相 適應 的 管 理 信 息 系 統(tǒng) 。 本 文 介 紹 了 在 Visual 環(huán) 境 下 采 用 “自 上 而 下 地 總 體 規(guī) 劃 ， 自下 而 上 地 應 用 開 發(fā) ”的 策 略 開 發(fā) 一 個 管 理 信 息 系 統(tǒng) 的 過 程 。 通 過 分 析 某 一 學 校 學生 管 理 的 不 足 ， 創(chuàng) 建 了 一 套 行 之 有 效 的 計 算 機 管 理 學 生 的 方 案 。 文 章 介 紹 了 學 生管 理 信 息 系 統(tǒng) 的 系 統(tǒng) 分 析 部 分 ， 包 括 可 行 性 分 析 、 業(yè) 務 流 程 分 析 等 ； 系 統(tǒng) 設 計 部分 主 要 介 紹 了 系 統(tǒng) 功 能 設 計 和 數(shù) 據(jù) 庫 設 計 及 代 碼 設 計 ； 系 統(tǒng) 實 現(xiàn) 部 分 說 明 了 幾 個主 要 模 塊 的 算 法 ,本 系 統(tǒng) 界 面 友 好 ， 操 作 簡 單 ， 比 較 實 用 。關 鍵 字 ： 管 理 信 息 系 統(tǒng) 、 學 生 管 理 、 Visual Basic 應 用 。SummaryWith more and more widespread and profound application of information technology in management, the implement of management information system has bee mature in technology step by step. Managing information system is a new subject. Enterprise needs existence and development, so enterprise activities should be anized efficiently and anically, which means tightening up the enterprise management and strengthening effective management of any resource (staff, finance, property, etc.) internal the enterprise, and also establishing a management information system fitting in with its own characteristics.This article introduces the detailed process of exploring a management information system under the environment of visual foxpro, utilizing “TopBottom” overall plan and a strategy according to “BottomTop” application and exploitation. That is to establish a set of effective scheme for student management by puter, through analyzing disadvantages of student management by human resources. This article emphasizes on three sections. The system analysis section of student management information includes feasible analysis, management function system design section mainly focuses on system function design and data base design and data number design.
