【正文】 （學(xué)號） 20221270 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計云 南 省 臨 滄 市云縣愛華鎮(zhèn) 土 地 開 發(fā) 整 理 項(xiàng) 目 （ 第 一 期 ）規(guī)劃設(shè)計報告Program Design of Land Reanization (Number 1) in Aihua Countryside, Yun Town, Lingcang City,Yunnan Province.指導(dǎo)教師： 學(xué) 院： 專 業(yè)： 年級： 設(shè)計提交日期： 答辯日期： 云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)2022 年 05 月 25 日云南省臨市倉云縣愛華鎮(zhèn)土地開發(fā)整理項(xiàng)目(第一期)規(guī)劃設(shè)計摘 要實(shí)施土地開發(fā)整理的主要目的是增加耕地面積，提高耕地質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)對耕地總量動態(tài)平衡目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)；本項(xiàng)目依據(jù)一定的政策法規(guī)，按照合理利用、可持續(xù)利用、可行性等規(guī)劃原則,通過采用一系列工程措施，對區(qū)內(nèi)田、水、路等進(jìn)行綜合整治，以及對區(qū)內(nèi)零星未利用地進(jìn)行合理整理。該項(xiàng)目土地平整工程共平整土地面積 公頃，分為 178 塊田塊。灌溉工程設(shè) 3 條支渠、13 條斗渠、117 條農(nóng)渠、2 條斗排、4 條農(nóng)排。田間道路工程設(shè)田間道 20 條、生產(chǎn)道 5 條。項(xiàng)目區(qū)可新增耕地面積 公頃，新增耕地率 %。實(shí)現(xiàn)了耕地總量的動態(tài)平衡，改善農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件，緩解了人多地少的矛盾，并促進(jìn)了新農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會建設(shè)。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了社會效益、生態(tài)效益及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞： 土地整理；土地平整；規(guī)劃設(shè)計；灌排系統(tǒng)；排水系統(tǒng)。Program Design of Land Reanization (Number 1) in Aihua Countryside, Yun Town, Lingcang City,Yunnan Province.Luo chao（The Yunnan agricultural university water power and struct institute,Kunming 650201）ABSTRACT The main purpose that carries out the land development sorting increases the farmland area, raising the farmland quality, promoting to carry out to the farmland total amount dynamic equilibrium certain policy laws of the basis, make use of according to the reasonable and can keep on the exploitation,possibility, etc. programs the principle, passing to adopt a series of engineering measure, carrying on to synthesize to the farmland,water,road...etc. inside the area whole cure, and to area inside piecemeal did not make use of the ground to carry on the reasonable sorting. hectares of the totally neat land area of neat engineering in land, is divided into 178 pieces of farmland pieces.
