汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸蓋裝配檢測生產(chǎn)線的總體流程設(shè)計(jì)與PLC控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名:指導(dǎo)教師:所在院系:工程學(xué)院所學(xué)專業(yè):機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化研究方向:生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化 中國 哈爾濱 2016 年 5 月 OVERALL PROCESS OF AUTOMOBILE ENGINE CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY TESTING LINE DESIGN AND DESIGN OF PLC CONTROL SYSTEMStudent Name: Supervisor: Department and faculty: Engineering CollegeMajor: Mechanical Design and Manufacture andAutomationOrientation: The production line automation HarbinChinaMay 2016 0 / 61摘要 隨著科技的進(jìn)步發(fā)展、生產(chǎn)力的不斷提高,手工裝配生產(chǎn)線已經(jīng)滿足不了市場的需求,PLC的出現(xiàn)使工業(yè)自動(dòng)化成為了可能,自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線提高了生產(chǎn)效率,減輕了人的工作負(fù)擔(dān)。自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線支持技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,使得自動(dòng)化程度提高,能夠滿足生產(chǎn)裝配中更高的工藝要求。 本文根據(jù)生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)原則,設(shè)計(jì)了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸蓋組裝檢查生產(chǎn)線的總體工藝布置設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)中的實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)線,使得發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸蓋裝配生產(chǎn)線占用生產(chǎn)面積最小 。生產(chǎn)線的布置使裝配、檢測效率最高,成為經(jīng)得住推敲的最優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計(jì)。生產(chǎn)線采用三菱PLC機(jī)控制,同時(shí)根據(jù)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸蓋裝配、檢查生產(chǎn)線的各個(gè)工位的工藝要要求、按照生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍每件60秒設(shè)計(jì)PLC控制系統(tǒng)。編程所用軟件為GX Developer,編程方法為步進(jìn)梯形圖編寫。步進(jìn)梯形圖編寫使程序邏輯控制簡化、程序簡單易懂、易于更改、程序設(shè)計(jì)簡單、對(duì)于初學(xué)者更易上手。本設(shè)計(jì)中涉及到的工藝要求較為復(fù)雜,所以采用步進(jìn)梯形圖。在本文設(shè)計(jì)的PLC控制系統(tǒng)中的驅(qū)動(dòng)功能是氣缸、電動(dòng)機(jī)、機(jī)械手執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),通過這些執(zhí)行部件來實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)工位的工藝要求。關(guān)鍵詞: 生產(chǎn)線;自動(dòng)化;PLC;梯形圖 Overall Process Of Automobile Engine Cylinder Head Assembly Testing Line Design And Design Of PLC Control SystemAbstract With the progress of science and technology development, manual assembly line have already can39。t satisfy the demand of the market, the appearance of the PLC industrial automation possible,automated production line to improve production efficiency, reduce the burden on production line development of support technology, increased automation, to meet higher technological requirements in the production and Assembly. Production line adopts Mitsubishi PLCcontrol, and according to the engine39。s cylinder head Assembly, check the line of each station processes to request, in accordance with the production cycle every 60 seconds design of PLC control system. Programming software used for GX Developer, piled for the step ladder diagram programming ladder to write program logic control simplification, the procedure is simple and easy to understand, easy to change, simple programming and easier for beginners.
