. . . . .鋼絲繩斷絲無損檢測裝置設計摘 要隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展,鋼絲繩的應用越來越廣,與此同時其安全性越來越受到人們的關注。為了實時在線監(jiān)測鋼絲繩斷絲,介紹了鋼絲繩無損檢測的分類和無損檢測的發(fā)展歷程和趨勢。本設計基于漏磁原理,利用霍爾傳感器檢測漏磁信號,采用模擬的傳感器漏磁信號,即直接給電路輸入電壓信號,經(jīng)過后續(xù)電路和軟件處理后,完成了鋼絲繩斷絲無損檢測的設計任務信號處理系統(tǒng)主要由三運放高共模抑制比放大電路和低通濾波電路構成,實現(xiàn)了對鋼絲繩斷絲信號的放大和濾波,經(jīng)過放大、濾波處理后的信號經(jīng)過ADC0809進行A/D轉換,轉換后的數(shù)據(jù)接入單片機AT89C51,經(jīng)過軟件編程后,單片機控制數(shù)碼管將電壓數(shù)值顯示出來,并通過LED燈亮的多少來判斷鋼絲繩斷絲情況編寫的程序首先在Proteus軟件上進行仿真,在理論上實現(xiàn)AD轉換和數(shù)據(jù)顯示的基本功能。在仿真的基礎上,根據(jù)繪制的系統(tǒng)原理圖在萬能實驗板上搭建了電路,并進行了調試,達到了預期的目標。本設計不僅能夠檢測出鋼絲繩內(nèi)部缺陷,并能定量檢測鋼絲繩金屬橫截面積。可實時在線全繩檢測,檢測效率高,基本不受人為因數(shù)影響,結合人工檢查和檢測數(shù)據(jù)定量分析可評估鋼絲繩損傷程度和強度損失情況。關 鍵 詞:鋼絲繩,霍爾傳感器,放大,濾波,A/D轉換,單片機BROKEN WIRE ROPE NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING DEVICE DESIGNABSTRACTWith the continuous development of society, the application of wire rope is increasingly wide at the same time more and more people concerns their design of realtime online monitoring of wire rope for broken wires, introduced the classification of wire rope nondestructive testing and nondestructive testing and trends in the development process.
