****學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I**** 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)(論 文) 題目 徐州第二啤酒廠 1000m3/d啤酒廢水處理工程設(shè)計(jì) 姓 名 _ _____ 系 (部)_ 環(huán)境工程與化學(xué)系__ 專(zhuān) 業(yè) _ 環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)與治理技術(shù)_ 指導(dǎo)教師 __ __ ___ ****年 ** 月 **日 ****學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II 徐 州第二啤酒廠 1000m3/d 啤酒廢水處理工程設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)為徐州第二啤酒廠廢水處理設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)程度為初步設(shè)計(jì)。啤酒廢水水質(zhì)的主要特點(diǎn)是含有大量的有機(jī)物,屬有機(jī)廢水,故其化學(xué)需氧量也較大。 經(jīng)分析知該處理水質(zhì)屬易生物降解又無(wú)明顯毒性的廢水,可采用兩級(jí)生物處理以使出水達(dá)標(biāo)。一級(jí)處理主要采用物理法,用來(lái)去除污水中的懸浮物質(zhì)和無(wú)機(jī)物。二級(jí)處理主要采用生物法 ,包括厭氧生物處理法中的水解酸化法和好氧生物處理法中的接觸氧化法,可有效去除污水中的 BOD、 COD。 本設(shè)計(jì)工藝流程為: 啤酒廢水 → 格柵 →調(diào)節(jié)沉淀池 →提升泵房→水解酸化池→中沉池→接觸氧化池 → 二沉池→處理水 整個(gè)工藝具有總投資少,處理效果好,工藝簡(jiǎn)單,占地面積省,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,能耗少的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 啤酒廢水處理 , 有機(jī)廢水 , 水解酸化法 , 接觸氧化法 ****學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) III 英文題目 ABSTRACT This design is the second beer plant of Xu Zhou beer waste water treatment. The degree of the design is in a preliminary phase. The main distinguishing feature of the beer waste water is that it contains the massive anic matters, so it belongs to the anic waste water. After the analysis, the quality of this processing water belongs to the waste water that easy biology degrade and not have the obvious poison, could use two levels of biological treatments to cause the water drained meet the designated standard. First level of processing mainly uses the physical methods, which removes the suspended matter and the inanic substance in the sewage. Second levels of processing mainly uses the biology methods, consists of Hydrolytic acidification pond of demand oxygen biology methods and Contact oxidation pond of anaerobic oxygen biology methods, which could remove BOD, COD in the waste water. The technological process of this design is: Beer waste water → Screens → Regulates precipitating tank →To upgrade the pumping station→ Hydrolytic acidification pond→In the sedimentation tank→ In the sedimentation tank→ Secondary sedimentation tank→ Treatment water The entire technological process have the characteristics of lower investment, good treatment effect, easy technology process, using small area, running steady, and consuming lower energy.
