【正文】 無人駕駛拖拉機(jī)電控液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的可靠性測試本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)無人駕駛拖拉機(jī)電控液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的可靠性測試無人駕駛拖拉機(jī)電控液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的可靠性測試摘 要本文主要針對我校自主研發(fā)的無人駕駛拖拉機(jī)電控液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng),開展電磁閥可靠性測試,檢驗(yàn)電磁閥對長期通電和頻繁通斷電的耐受性。分析了現(xiàn)有電控液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的組成,包括有過濾器、定量泵、手動換向閥、轉(zhuǎn)向器、液壓泵、壓力表、溢流閥、二位三通換向閥、三位四通電磁比例換向閥和油箱等,描述了其基本工作原理。在工作過程中,二位三通換向閥需要頻繁通斷以實(shí)現(xiàn)手動和自動油路的切換,直接關(guān)系到系統(tǒng)工作的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。因此,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套二位三通換向閥的可靠性測試系統(tǒng)。該測試系統(tǒng)包括:基于 AT91SAM9263 的嵌入式系統(tǒng)開發(fā)板、電磁閥驅(qū)動放大電路和美國 HYDRAFORCE 公司生產(chǎn)的 SV1031N24VDC 電磁閥。基于 SBC6330XARM 開發(fā)板,開發(fā)了測試程序。ARM 板主控電路產(chǎn)生 PWM 信號,通過驅(qū)動電路放大信號,控制電磁閥油路。本次測試一共進(jìn)行了 4 中不同的控制信號測試,分別為周期為 2 秒、1 秒、 秒的方波以及持續(xù)輸出 高電平。2 秒、1 秒和 秒的方波測試時間為 30 分鐘,持續(xù)輸入高電平的測試時間為 60 分鐘。測試結(jié)果表明:ARM 主控板和驅(qū)動電路控制下有效地工作,電磁閥對長期通電和頻繁通斷具有較好的耐受性。關(guān)鍵詞:SBC6330X 驅(qū)動電路 電磁閥無人駕駛拖拉機(jī)電控液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的可靠性測試Turning to the Reliability of the Testing System of UnmannedTractors HydraulicWu Zhangrong(College of Engineering, South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou 510642, China)Abstract:This paper mainly aim at my school unmanned tractors hydraulic steering system, carry out the solenoid valve solenoid valve reliability test, test of tolerance is energized for a long time and frequent onoff.The analysis of the existing electric hydraulic steering system position, prising a filter, the quantitative pump, a manual reversing valve, steering gear, hydraulic pump, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, reversing valve, two three three position four way electromagic proportion reversing valve and the mailbox, the basic working principle described. In the work process, two position three way directional control valve need frequent onoff switch to realize manual and automatic oil, directly related to the stability and reliability of the system. Therefore, this paper designed a reliability test system of a set of two position three way reversing valve.The test system prises: driver development board, AT91SAM9263 embedded system SV1031N24VDC solenoid valve solenoid valve amplification circuit and the United States of America HYDRAFORCE pany production based on. Based on the SBC6330XARM development board, development test program.
