【正文】 關(guān)于配電網(wǎng)中性點(diǎn)經(jīng)小電阻接地方式的分析李景祿李政洋張春輝2 湖南長(zhǎng)沙410076 湖南長(zhǎng)沙（410076）摘要：本文對(duì)配電網(wǎng)中性點(diǎn)小電阻接地方式、對(duì)鐵磁諧振過電壓的消除、對(duì)弧光接地過電壓的限制及對(duì)電網(wǎng)的適用性進(jìn)行了分析。分析了小電阻接地方式故障點(diǎn)的接地阻抗對(duì)零序保護(hù)的影響，特別對(duì)比分析了架空線路絕緣子閃絡(luò)造成的瞬時(shí)性故障和架空絕緣導(dǎo)線斷線接地時(shí)對(duì)零序保護(hù)的影響，認(rèn)為：小電阻接地方式使供電可靠性下降的原因是架空線路絕緣子閃絡(luò)時(shí)故障電流大，足以啟動(dòng)零序保護(hù)，而在架空絕緣導(dǎo)線斷線接地時(shí)由于接地點(diǎn)接地電阻大會(huì)使零序保護(hù)“失靈”。因而小電阻接地方式僅適用于純電纜網(wǎng)絡(luò)，不適用于架空線路為主或架空電纜混合網(wǎng)。關(guān)鍵詞：小電阻接地方式、單相斷線、過渡電阻接地、人身安全Analysis of Neutral Point via Small Resistance Grounding Method Of Distribution Network Li JingluLi Zheng YangZhang Chunhui2(1.
