河北聯(lián)合大學輕工學院COLLEGE OF LIGHT INDUSTRY, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書設(shè)計(論文)題目:唐山市宏遠集團辦公樓設(shè)計學生姓名:王田增 學 號:200715190215專業(yè)班級:07級土木工程2班 學 部:工程教育部指導教師:張玉敏 副教授 2010年06月15日128河 北 聯(lián) 合 大 學 學 士 學 位 論 文摘 要本工程為唐山市宏遠集團辦公樓設(shè)計,總建筑面積為3305m2。耐久年限為50年,設(shè)防烈度按8度設(shè)計,結(jié)構(gòu)體系是鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),用砌塊做填充墻。 本設(shè)計分為三部分:建筑設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、施工組織設(shè)計。建筑設(shè)計采取積極措施來增強建筑物的外表強度和堅固性,給人以心理上的安全感。另外,還要有藝術(shù)的美感,要有時代氣息。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計主要進行了結(jié)構(gòu)方案中橫向框架3軸框架的抗震設(shè)計。在確定框架布局之后,先進行了重力荷載代表值的計算,接著利用頂點位移法求出自振周期,進而按底部剪力法計算水平地震作用下大小,進而求出在水平荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力(彎矩、剪力、軸力)。接著計算豎向荷載(恒載及活荷載)作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力。找出最不利的一組或幾組內(nèi)力組合。 選取最安全的結(jié)果計算配筋并繪圖。此外還進行了結(jié)構(gòu)方案中的室內(nèi)樓梯的設(shè)計。完成了平臺板,梯段板,平臺梁等構(gòu)件的內(nèi)力和配筋計算。還進行了基礎(chǔ)和樓板的設(shè)計。施工組織設(shè)計:科學的依據(jù)分項工程,流水施工的方法,合理安排施工順序,注意安全措施,力求經(jīng)濟效益。關(guān)鍵詞: 框架 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 抗震設(shè)計 AbstractThis project ancient smelts the area TangShan Hongyuan office building design for TangShan, the total floor space is 3305m2. Moreover, but also must have artistic the esthetic sense, must have the current relevance.The purpose of the design is to do the antiseismic design in the longitudinal frames of axis 3. When the directions of the frames is determined, firstly the weight of each floor is calculated .Then the vibrate cycle is calculated by utilizing the peakdisplacement method, then making the amount of the horizontal seismic force can be got by way of the bottomshear force method. The seismic force can be assigned according to the shearing stiffness of the frames of the different axis. Then the internal force (bending moment, shearing force and axial force ) in the structure under the horizontal loads can be easily calculated. After the determination of the internal force under the dead and live loads, the bination of internal force can be made by using the Excel software, whose purpose is to find one or several sets of the most adverse internal force of the wall limbs and the coterminous girders, which will be the basis of protracting the reinforcing drawings of the ponents. The design of the stairs is also be approached by calculating the internal force and reinforcing such ponents as landing slab, step board and landing girder whose shop drawings are pleted in the end.
