【正文】 摘 要本設(shè)計進行的是杏花礦三井的礦井通風設(shè)計。設(shè)計包括：礦區(qū)概述及井田地質(zhì)特征、井田境界及儲量、礦井工作制度和設(shè)計生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限、井田開拓及基本巷道布置、礦井通風系統(tǒng)、礦井災(zāi)害防治和提高瓦斯抽放率的主要措施。根據(jù)設(shè)計要求，本井田設(shè)計年生產(chǎn)能力為 90萬噸/年，服務(wù)年限為54年，礦井采用兩個水平立井開拓，一水平標高為300m，二水平標高為550。采區(qū)布置兩個工作面。礦井采用走向長壁綜合機械化采煤法。礦井通風方式為分區(qū)抽出式通風，采區(qū)通風方式為后退式，采煤工作面為 U 型通風，上行通風。本設(shè)計完成了用風地點風量設(shè)計、巷道阻力計算，并完成了主要通風機選型。根據(jù)設(shè)計礦井的基本情況和通風系統(tǒng)，初步提出了瓦斯、火災(zāi)、頂板、熱害等災(zāi)害的防治措施。關(guān)鍵詞：開拓設(shè)計；通風設(shè)計；通風機AbstractThis ventilation design is the third mine of xinghua coal mine . Design to include: mining geological features, summary and partmentalized realm and reserves, mine work system and design production ability and service of schooling and exploiting and basic partmentalized arrange tunnels, mine ventilation system, mine disaster prevention and improve the gas drainage rate measures. According to the design requirements, this field design annual production capacity is 90 tons/year, service of schooling for 54 years, the mine shaft adopts two level elevation expand, a level correlation between 300m, two levels elevation 550. Decorate two face mining. Long wall mine adopt prehensive mechanized mining to law. Mine ventilation mode for partition drawertype ventilated, mining ventilation mode for backward type, the coal face for ushaped ventilated, uplink ventilated. This design is pleted with the wind site design, roadway air resistance calculation, and pleted the main fan selection. According to the design and the basic situation of mine ventilation system, this paper puts forward the gas, fire, roof, hot against the prevention measures such disasters.
