I 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)礦井為雞西 礦業(yè)集團(tuán) 平崗 煤礦 ,一共有 4層可采煤層,分別為 2 3 3 38, 煤層總厚度為 21 米。煤層工業(yè)牌號(hào)為 1/3 焦煤,設(shè)計(jì)井田的可采儲(chǔ)量 萬噸 ,設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)年限為 67 年,本礦井設(shè)計(jì)采用以立井為主的綜合 機(jī)械化開拓 方式,劃分為 二 個(gè)水平, 12 個(gè)采區(qū)。每個(gè)采區(qū)為 單 翼開采,兩個(gè)工作面達(dá)產(chǎn),達(dá)產(chǎn)時(shí)采區(qū)個(gè)數(shù)為兩個(gè)。采用分層布置, 22, 33, 35,38層單獨(dú)開采。大巷運(yùn)輸采用 14 噸架線式電機(jī)車牽引 5 噸底卸式礦車運(yùn)輸,采用的采煤方法為走向長壁采煤 法,采煤工藝為綜合機(jī)械化采煤工藝。 頂板處理方法為全部跨落法。 關(guān)鍵詞 :礦井設(shè)計(jì) ; 單翼開采 ; 單一開拓 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II Abstract This design is the new mine design of Jixi Mining Bureau Donghai Coal Mine. There are four minable coal beds, Bed 22, 33, 35, and 38. The to tal thickness of the coal beds is 21metres. The industrial shop sign of the coal beds is one third coking coal. The minable reserves is million tons. The time li mit of the design is 67 years. This mine adopts the prehensive mechanizational pioneering method w hich plays a major role in vertical mines. It is devided into tw o levels and twelve mining areas. Each area applies for unilateral mining. When the output is reached, there will be tw o mining areas. It adopts stratificational arrange ment. Be ds 22, 33, 35 and 38 are mined individually. Tunnel transportation uses 14 ton coaltracing electric loco motive to tow the 5ton buttomunloading tram. The mining technology is prehensive mechanizational technology. The way of dealing with the roof is t o make it fall by itself.
