【正文】 摘要共66頁，字符數48000招投標管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現（預覽） 摘 要招投標管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展在國內日趨成熟，應用也逐漸普遍起來，已經成為企業(yè)招投標過程中不可缺少的工具。這種信息管理模式使招投標業(yè)務管理更加標準化、規(guī)范化,將業(yè)務人員從繁重的手工操作中解放出來,降低招投標成本，實現招標投標的網絡式管理，而且隨著全球經濟與網絡的逐步發(fā)展，企業(yè)對投招標的需求量也會與日俱增。 為了滿足龐大的市場需求，結合當下系統(tǒng)開發(fā)所采用的技術，開發(fā)一個基于網絡的招投標管理系統(tǒng)是十分必要的。本系統(tǒng)解決了競價前后供貨商的批準和最終確認流程，以及對網上競價的歷史信息備份，并且可以隨時隨地的調檔查詢以往的歷史競價信息，對采購部門的招標流程進行了規(guī)范化，最大限度的提高企業(yè)的綜合效益。在課題的研究過程中，重點分析了系統(tǒng)對所需軟硬件的詳細需求，具體的描述了招投標信息系統(tǒng)的分析、設計、和實現過程。并結合公司對招投標項目對規(guī)范化、透明化和規(guī)范化的要求，完成對整個系統(tǒng)的總體設計。系統(tǒng)采用了三層B/S體系結構，并進一步完善詳細設計和對數據庫的實現，其中主要分析了招標投標環(huán)節(jié)中各個功能模塊之間的關系,并且介紹招投標管理系統(tǒng)的整個設計過程。接著本文對系統(tǒng)中的數據庫的模型設計進行了詳細說明，包括實體聯系圖和數據表結構。本系統(tǒng)在設計思想上采用面向對象機制，將項目、產品、廠商等封裝成數據類，并且每個類都有對應的操作類；數據庫連接上采用了連接池，以此來提高數據庫效率；技術上采用JSP+JavaBean和SQL Server 2000來實現。最后對系統(tǒng)進行編碼及功能進行了測試，對系統(tǒng)中用到的關鍵技術JavaBean及各個模塊之間所涉及到的關鍵代碼進行了詳細的研究分析，最終實現基于網絡的招投標管理系統(tǒng)。招投標管理系統(tǒng)的實現為企業(yè)的招投標管理工作提供了更加高效便捷的途徑，對于未來企業(yè)的信息化建設更是具有不可替代的應用價值和現實意義。關鍵詞：招投標管理系統(tǒng)，信息查詢,JSP,JavaBean 27ABSTRACTABSTRACTBidding ma is gradually developed，and its applications are being increasingly prevalenagement system in the countrynt.
