【正文】 河南理工大學(xué)課程設(shè)計(jì)說明書 摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)針對我國電梯業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，將可編程序控制器(PLC)應(yīng)用于四層電梯進(jìn)行邏輯控制，通過合理的選擇和設(shè)計(jì)，不但提高了電梯可靠性、可維護(hù)性以及靈活性，同時(shí)延長了使用壽命，縮短了電梯的開發(fā)周期，并提高了電梯的控制水平，改善了電梯運(yùn)行的舒適感，使電梯達(dá)到了較為理想的控制效果。本設(shè)計(jì)在分析傳統(tǒng)電梯控制系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上，對交流變頻調(diào)速電梯的結(jié)構(gòu)、電氣控制部分進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì)，并確定了系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)，由PLC來實(shí)現(xiàn)電梯信號控制，變頻器實(shí)現(xiàn)變頻調(diào)速。在變頻器和PLC的類型選擇時(shí)，通過性能指標(biāo)等綜合考慮，選用了安川VS616G5型全數(shù)字變頻器和SIMATIC S7300可編程控制器。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的電梯與傳統(tǒng)的電梯相比，在運(yùn)行上具有良好的舒適感，在生活中可以節(jié)約電能，取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益，達(dá)到了理想的目的。該電梯控制系統(tǒng)具有指層、廳召喚、選層選向、手動(dòng)和自動(dòng)等功能，具有集選控制的特點(diǎn),樓層顯示功能和電梯平滑變速功能。在介紹電梯基本結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上，深入分析了電梯的工作原理，闡述了PLC的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及特點(diǎn)，重點(diǎn)分析了電梯的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì),研究并提出了基于PLC電梯控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案，最后對本論文的研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。關(guān)鍵詞：電梯 變頻器 PLC控制 變頻調(diào)速 AbstractThe design for the status quo of China39。s elevator industry will be a programmable logic controller (PLC) used for fourstorey elevator control logic, through the rational selection and design, not only to improve the reliability of the elevator, maintainability, and flexibility, while extending the of life and shorten the development cycle of the elevator and the elevator control to raise the level of the elevator operation to improve the fort, so that the lift to reach a more satisfactory control effect.
