【正文】 旅游網(wǎng)：沈陽(yáng)快餐業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題研究 Fast food industry in Shenyang Development and Research院 系 經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 旅游管理 班 級(jí) 7408402 學(xué) 號(hào) 202204084048 姓 名 劉瀟濃 指導(dǎo)教師 可娜 職 稱 教師 負(fù)責(zé)教師 尹德濤 沈陽(yáng)航空航天大學(xué)2022 年 6 月 旅游網(wǎng)：摘 要1987 年 4 月肯德基快餐連鎖店進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng),揭開(kāi)了中國(guó)現(xiàn)代快餐的發(fā)展里程。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)與居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了根本性轉(zhuǎn)變,餐飲業(yè)在規(guī)模和內(nèi)部業(yè)態(tài)構(gòu)成上都得到了極大的拓展。20 世紀(jì) 90 年代,我國(guó)餐飲業(yè)的平均年增幅在 20 %以上,在餐飲經(jīng)濟(jì)構(gòu)成中,快餐產(chǎn)業(yè)占餐飲總產(chǎn)值近 1/ 3 ,快餐業(yè)成為支持餐飲業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要力量和新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。但我國(guó)快餐業(yè)起步較晚,發(fā)展過(guò)程中還有許多不盡人意之處,如何正確引導(dǎo)我國(guó)快餐業(yè)快速健康的發(fā)展,是非常值得關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。本文則是以沈陽(yáng)這個(gè)城市快餐業(yè)為例，沈陽(yáng)現(xiàn)今的餐飲業(yè)在不斷的發(fā)展和更新。其中快餐業(yè)在整個(gè)餐飲業(yè)的發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的作用。快餐是沈陽(yáng)大眾普遍接受的餐飲形式，隨著沈陽(yáng)市民生活水平的不斷提高，人們的餐飲消費(fèi)觀念逐步改變，外出就餐更趨經(jīng)?；屠硇曰x擇性增強(qiáng)，對(duì)消費(fèi)質(zhì)量要求不斷提高，更加追求品牌質(zhì)量、品位特色、衛(wèi)生安全、營(yíng)養(yǎng)健康和簡(jiǎn)便快捷?？觳偷纳鐣?huì)需求隨之不斷擴(kuò)大，國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的消費(fèi)大眾性和基本需求性特點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)的更加充分。關(guān)鍵詞：快餐業(yè)；發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；快餐業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題 旅游網(wǎng)： AbstractApril 1987 KFC fastfood chain to enter the Chinese market, opened a Chinesefastfood course of development.
