【正文】 江蘇省農村試驗區(qū)自學考試畢業(yè)論文 關于如何做好財務管理工作的調查 作 者： 準考證號： 專 業(yè)： 指導老師： 提交日期： 摘要財務管理特點（Financial Management Features）財務管理控制（Financial management control）財務管理人員管理體制（Financial management, personnel management system）企業(yè)要想在激烈的競爭中生存與發(fā)展，就必須加強企業(yè)的財務管理,進行管理控制。企業(yè)管理以財務管理為核心，這已經成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的常識。它是根據財經法規(guī)制度，按照財務管理原則，組織企業(yè)財務活動，處理財務關系的經濟工作。本文通過對企業(yè)財務管理特點的歸納以及現(xiàn)代企業(yè)財務管理的分析，分別從企業(yè)財務管理的文化到財務管理在企業(yè)中的作用的研究，從有關財務管理理論的新發(fā)展到完善企業(yè)集團財務管理體制的過程闡述的財務管理的涵義，內容及新發(fā)展。而文章大部分是結合A企業(yè)在經營中的特色及服務的宗旨，針對A企業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀提出一些財務管理控制方面的問題，以及自薦了一系列相對應問題的解決方案。譬如針對A企業(yè)財務管理人員管理體制，會計核算等存在發(fā)展欠缺的方面提出了些許建議，有目標定位應系統(tǒng)，把握好財務控制及監(jiān)管力度，險種積極創(chuàng)新，完善財務人員管理體制，加強企業(yè)分支機構的組織控制，以及對企業(yè)財務內部控制的重視。通過本文可以看出，財務管理在企業(yè)管理中占有一定的核心位置，而具有代表性的A企業(yè)在財務管理方面又存在著一定的問題，充分的體現(xiàn)了這種矛盾性，而這種矛盾正是企業(yè)想要發(fā)展的重點所在。Enterprises are to survive in the fierce petition and development, we must strengthen the financial management, management control.
