摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)為雙鴨山礦業(yè)有限公司東榮一礦礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),東榮一礦共有12層可采煤層,本設(shè)計(jì)取其中條件較好的12和16煤層。礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)是組成礦井生產(chǎn)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。開(kāi)發(fā)與生產(chǎn)相適應(yīng)的合理的通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì),可以更好的保證生產(chǎn)所需的充足、穩(wěn)定的風(fēng)量;且在較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果基礎(chǔ)上,具備較強(qiáng)的抗災(zāi)能力,達(dá)到技術(shù)上的先進(jìn)、合理、可靠本設(shè)計(jì)中采用立井開(kāi)拓方式。結(jié)合東榮一礦的地質(zhì)條件、煤層賦存情況、以及整個(gè)礦井的瓦斯涌出情況,確定了東榮一礦的礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng),并計(jì)算出礦井的最大通風(fēng)阻力,然后根據(jù)這些計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)選出合適的通風(fēng)機(jī)。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)礦井的基本情況和通風(fēng)系統(tǒng),初步確定了瓦斯、火災(zāi)、頂板、熱害等災(zāi)害的預(yù)防治理措施。關(guān)鍵詞 :通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。 通風(fēng)阻力。 通風(fēng)機(jī)。 通風(fēng)費(fèi)用AbstractThis design is for the Dongrongyi Coal Mine of Shuangyashan Mining Limited Company about ventilation system, and Dongrongyi Coal Mine has 12 to be possible to mine coal the level, this design takes the condition good 12 and 16 coal bed, coal bed thickness , design well field39。s recoverable resources ton , the service life years.The mine ventilation system is an important part of the production. The ventilation design which is the reasonable bination of development and production could ensure adequate and stable air flow to produce better. Based on a better economic effect, it has the strong ability to resist disaster, and achieves advance, reasonableness and reliability on technique.This design mine pit selects the double vertical shaft development method.
