Unifies the Dongrong one ore the geological condition, the coal bed tax saves the situation, the mine pit production system as well as the entire mine pit gas discharge situation, had determined the Dongrong two ore39。45′~46176。井田東北部有雙山子,標(biāo)高+154m;西部有索利崗山,標(biāo)高為+;南部鄰近完達(dá)山,北面平坦開(kāi)闊。本區(qū)屬寒溫帶大陸性氣候,冬季嚴(yán)寒,夏季溫?zé)?,~℃,~℃,極端最低氣溫35℃。開(kāi)工建設(shè)以來(lái),東榮一礦先后經(jīng)歷了由于資金緊張與亞泰集團(tuán)聯(lián)合開(kāi)發(fā)、礦井設(shè)計(jì)先天不足致使工程受阻、合作方投資不足導(dǎo)致工程時(shí)開(kāi)時(shí)停、自然條件惡劣、生產(chǎn)環(huán)境艱苦等困難。除煤礦以外,礦區(qū)內(nèi)還有機(jī)修廠、木材廠、磚瓦廠、糧食加工廠等可為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)的工廠。井下供電采用6kv電壓等級(jí)。本區(qū)位于新華夏系第二隆起帶北端的三江盆地西部。井田內(nèi)地層走向近南北,傾角一般為15~25176。井田內(nèi)主要褶皺有F8牽引褶曲和F7派生褶曲兩組。向南西傾伏,延展甚短,與 F7斷層斜交。 煤系地層走向、傾向及傾角本井田位于綏濱—集賢拗陷帶的東榮向斜東翼的南段,井田內(nèi)以弧形斷裂為主,并由此而派生兩組褶曲構(gòu)造。斷層多為壓扭性斷裂,導(dǎo)水性差。F7派生褶曲位于F7斷層?xùn)|段的北側(cè),屬F7派生構(gòu)造,軸向北東60176??刹杉熬植靠刹傻拿簩幼陨隙路謩e為1111120下、2222291b號(hào)共14個(gè)煤層。井田內(nèi)各可采煤層,按其在縱向剖面的分布規(guī)律及組合特征,可分為上、中、下三個(gè)煤層群?!?。 礦井安全概況 水文地質(zhì)特征1 .第四系含水層全區(qū)廣泛分布,直接覆蓋于第三系或煤系(天窗處)地層之上,由各粒級(jí)的砂、礫砂和礫石等組成。m,是本區(qū)間接主要含水層。2) 下部含水層:以細(xì)砂、礫砂組成,厚度20~40m,含泥質(zhì)較多。1) 風(fēng)化裂隙含水帶:巖性為粉砂和細(xì)、中砂巖為主,厚度60~120m,~2) 亞風(fēng)化裂隙含水帶:位于風(fēng)化裂隙含水帶之下,厚度100m,裂隙不發(fā)育,~根據(jù)地質(zhì)報(bào)告提供的采樣資料,~,500m以上瓦斯含量均低于2ml/g,屬于低瓦斯礦井。生產(chǎn)中可能發(fā)生的熱源,必須嚴(yán)加管理和控制,防止它的發(fā)生或限定其引燃瓦斯的能力。1) 采空區(qū) 采空區(qū)火災(zāi)占50%以上??偛梅宽斆洪_(kāi)采時(shí)上下巷頂煤發(fā)火較嚴(yán)重。(3) 漏風(fēng)風(fēng)速小于自燃風(fēng)速(4) 合理地進(jìn)行巷道布置;(5) 選擇合理的采煤方法和先進(jìn)的回采工藝,提高回采率,加快回采進(jìn)度;(6) 選擇合理的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng);(7) 堅(jiān)持自上而下的開(kāi)采順序;(8) 合理確定近距離相鄰煤層和厚煤層分層同采時(shí)兩工作面之間的錯(cuò)距,防止上、下之間采空區(qū)連通。 第二章 礦井儲(chǔ)量與生產(chǎn)能力 井田境界及儲(chǔ)量 井田境界 根據(jù)東榮礦區(qū)總體設(shè)計(jì),本礦井的井田境界為: 北部邊界:以F2斷層為界; 南部邊界:以F1斷層為界; 東部邊界:以各煤層露頭及F5F7斷層為界; 西部邊界:以16號(hào)煤層900m等高線垂直投影為界。因此,設(shè)計(jì)認(rèn)為本礦井井田境界確定合理。根據(jù)《建筑物、水體、鐵路及主要井巷煤柱留設(shè)與壓煤開(kāi)采規(guī)程》規(guī)定,計(jì)算出本礦井“天窗”,其底界標(biāo)高最大達(dá)170m,非“天窗”部位最大防水煤柱高度均小于各煤層風(fēng)氧化帶高度(垂高30m)。 礦井生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限 礦井工作制度本礦井設(shè)計(jì)年工作日330天,每日四班作業(yè),邊采邊準(zhǔn)。 V0 ——工作面推進(jìn)速度,m/d。所以,T=195(13)
