哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文 ) 題 目 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)七層住宅樓 專 業(yè) 土木工程 學(xué) 號 1093310211 學(xué) 生 周鵬 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 黃錳、張有聞、胡慶立 答 辯 日 期 2022 年 7 月 1~2 號 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II 摘 要 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅是目前我國重點推廣的建設(shè)項目,是我國住宅工業(yè)化的發(fā)展方向,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在多層住宅中的推廣應(yīng)用是非常有意義的。本設(shè)計為一 多層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅樓,進行了以下兩部分的設(shè)計工作: 第一部分為建筑設(shè)計 建筑設(shè)計是在總體規(guī)劃的前提下,根據(jù)任務(wù)書的要求,綜合考慮地基 環(huán)境,使用功能,結(jié)構(gòu)施工,材料設(shè)備,建筑設(shè)計及建筑藝術(shù)問題,解決建筑物的使用功能和空間的安排。依據(jù)建筑物的概念,建筑方針的原則,完成了擬建住宅樓以下幾方面的設(shè)計:建筑布局,基本戶型確定,空間組合設(shè)計,屋面設(shè)計及建筑立面設(shè)計等等。 第二部分為結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 根據(jù)設(shè)計任務(wù)書的要求和《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》的規(guī)定,本設(shè)計采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計由荷載計算框架結(jié)構(gòu)的受力分析,計算和設(shè)計,樓板設(shè) 計,樓梯設(shè)計和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計等組成??紤]風(fēng)荷載對橫向框架的影響,采用 D 值法計算內(nèi)力。豎向荷載作用下,橫向框架內(nèi)力計算采用彎矩分配法計算,而內(nèi)力組合比較了豎向荷載組合和豎向荷載與地震力組合時對框架梁、柱產(chǎn)生的不利影響,取兩者中較大值對框架梁、柱進行截面設(shè)計。 第三部分為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計 根據(jù)設(shè)計任務(wù)書的要求和《地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計規(guī)范》的規(guī)定,本工程采用柱下獨立基礎(chǔ),部分柱距較小的地方采用聯(lián)合基礎(chǔ)?;A(chǔ)設(shè)計 主要依據(jù)上部結(jié)構(gòu)形式,傳至基礎(chǔ)頂端的內(nèi)力以及建筑地點地質(zhì)條件,對本工程進行基礎(chǔ)計算、基礎(chǔ)布置以及地基沉降計算。 關(guān)鍵詞 :鋼結(jié)構(gòu) 多層住宅 建筑設(shè)計 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) III Abstract The concrete frame living building is a kind of construction project that is energetically popularized by the country. It shows the direction of living building industrialization and it make sense the development. This design is for such a concrete frame building . The first part is the architectural architectural design is on the premise of master plan, according to the request of book, considering the base environment synthetically, the function of use, the structure constructs, material equipment, architectural design and artistic question of the building , solve the function of use of the building and arrangement in the space. Whether according to concept design of building, principle policy of building,the design should finish the following aspects. The overall arrangement of the building , the elementary cell is designed, the public part is designed, the space is made up and designed, the roofing is designed, the elevation design of the building and building fire prevention and design etc.. The second part is structural design. Structural design is consisted by calculation of wind load ,design of frame, stair design, board design with the foundation designing etc. making up. Should build provide fortification against earthquake intensity 7 , antidetonation grade for being tertiary , consider horizontal earthquake function impact on horizontal frame and apply the method of for force calculate ,Vertical to load function, horizontal frame internal force calculate and adopt the method of to assign France, and internal force makee up vertical to is it make up and not vertical to load with earthquake strength setting a roof beam in place to frame. The third part based on the design according to the requirement of the design specification and code for design of building foundation regulation, this project adopts the independent foundation under column, column spacing smaller place connected with the joint base. Foundation design main basis upper structure form, the foundation to the top of the internal force and construction site geological conditions, this project on the basis of calculation, foundation and foundation settlement calculation.
